Kab.Sukabumi,Jurnaltipikor.com | Bupati Sukabumi Drs. H. Marwan Hamami, M.M menyaksikan seni ketangkasan Domba Garut di Pamidangan Karangpara, Desa Kebonmanggu, Kecamatan Gunungguruh, pada, Minggu(20/08/2023).
Kegiatan ini diselenggarakan dalam rangka memeriahkan HUT Republik Indonesia ke-78 dan hari jadi Kabupaten Sukabumi ke-153.
Seni ketangkasan domba yang diiringi musik tradisional ini merupakan salah satu tradisi di Tatar Pasundan khususnya diwilayah Garut, dimana tradisi ini memiliki nilai kekeluargaan yang merekatkan persatuan masyarakat.
H. Marwan Hamami mengatakan, tradisi masyarakat ini bisa meningkatkan kesejahteraan masyarakat. Apalagi, kegiatan ini bersifat multiplier effect.
“Tradisi ini bisa menjadi satu peluang yang besar untuk kesejahteraan masyarakat,” ujarnya.
H. Marwan menggambarkan, seni ketangkasan domba ini dapat mengembangkan peternakan, pariwisata, hingga UMKM. Sebab, semua itu dapat berkesinambungan ketika diatur secara baik.
“Seni ketangkasan ini, bisa melebarkan peluang peternakan domba. Event yang digelar secara berkelanjutan bisa menjadi aset pariwisata, hingga akhirnya ekonomi dan UMKM masyarakat sekitar pagelaran seni ketangkasan dapat meningkat,” ucapnya.
Kegiatan yang merupakan hobi ini, harus diyakini dapat mengangkat peternakan di Kabupaten Sukabumi. Termasuk dijadikan event yang tingkatannya lebih luas lagi.
“Mari kita yakini, ini menjadi momen untuk mengangkat peternakan di Kabupaten Sukabumi. Lewat penataan yang baik pula, buatlah event yang bersifat nasional,” pungkasnya.
