Serang, JURNAL TIPIKOR -Polsek Kasemen Polresta Serang Kota berhasil ungkap kasus “Polisi Gadungan” pada Jumat (30/06).
Kapolresta Serang Kota Kombes Pol. Sofwan Hermanto melalui Kapolsek Kasemen Polresta Serang Kota AKP Nurhaedin membenarkan menangkap seorang pelaku yang mengaku sebagai Polisi Gadungan.
“Pada Rabu tanggal 21 Juni 2023 sekira jam 13.30 Wib di Kampung Jabang Bayi, Kasunyatan Kasemen, anggota Polsek Kasemen berhasil
mengamankan seorang laki-laki berinisial ZA (43) Karyawan Swasta warga Kampung Sawah Kelurahan Kasemen Kota Serang yang telah melakukan tindak pidana Penipuan berupa uang tunai sebesar Rp3.000.000 dan mengaku sebagai anggota polri aktif,” ucap Nurhaedin.

“Pelaku ZA (43) mengaku sebagai anggota polri aktif untuk melancarkan tipu daya kepada korban lalu pelaku meminta uang kepada korban sebesar yang awalnya berjumlah Rp5.000.000 untuk dana oprasional penangkapan pelaku tindak pidana penganiayaan yang sedang ditangani oleh unit reskrim Polsek Kasemen,” terang Nurhaedin.
Nurhaedin menjelaskan kronologis kejadian tersebut. “Pada selasa (20/06) sekira jam 18.30 Wib FU (49) bersama dua orang laki-laki yang tidak di kenal datang ke warung korban MS (48) dan menanyakan terkait permasalahan yang dialami oleh BR Kemudian ZA (43) menawarkan kepada korban MS (48) untuk membantu permasalahan yang dialami

operasional minimal Rp 2.000.000 sampai Rp5.000.000 untuk mempercepat penangkapan BL, kemudian korban memberi uang Rp 2.000.000 kepada ZA,” jelas Nurhaedin.
“kemudian ZA meminta kepada korban untuk segera membayarkan sisanya senilai Rp 3.000.000 dan pada Rabu (21/06) menghubungi saudara korban ntuk menanyakan sisa pembayaran, lalu korban MS menyiapkan uang sisa pembayaran tersebut, selanjutnya sekira jam 13.30 Wib korban MS bertemu dengan ZA dan menyerahkan sisa uang pembayaran tersebut kepada ZA saat menerima uang tersebut datang pihak Kepolisian dan langsung mengamankan pelaku beserta barang bukti uang senilai Rp 3.000.000 yang ada didalam tas selempang milik pelaku dan selanjutnya dibawa ke Polsek Kasemen untuk ditindak lanjut,” tambah Nurhaedin.

Nurhaedin menjelaskan dalam hal ini pihaknya berhasilemgamankan beberapa barang bukti. “Barang bukti yang berhasil di amankan adalah iang tunai sebesar Rp3.000.000 dan satu buah tas selempang warna hijau,” ujar Nurhaedin.
Pelaku diamankan di Polsek Kasemen Polresta Serang Kota dan dikenakan Pasal 378 KUHP Penipuan (Bidhumas).
