Palembang, Jurnal Tipikor.com–Perhimpunan Advokat Indonesia (PERADI) menggelar Ujian Profesi Advokat (UPA) Tahun 2023 secara serentak di seluruh Indonesia, Sabtu (17/06/23).
Ujian ini diikuti sebanyak 3.584 calon advokat yang digelar di 43 Kota di Indonesia. Jumlah tersebut, termasuk di Kota Palembang terhitung ada 114 orang calon advokat yang mengikuti ujian tersebut.
Wakil Ketua Umum DPN PERADI, Happy SP Sihombing SH MH., sekaligus sebagai pengamat dalam ujian profesi advokat yang digelar di Aula Serbaguna STIHPADA Palembang. pelaksana ujian profesi ini diikuti sebanyak 114 peserta dan semuanya hadir ,” kata nya
Ini pesan Walikota Pagar Alam untuk 58 Bidan Desa yang dirumahkan
Lanjut nya , untuk materi yang di ujikan telah diseleksi dan sering digunakan setiap ujian, seperti hukum acara pidana, perdata, hukum tata negara, serta esai berupa membuat surat kuasa dan surat gugatan.
para peserta sangat antusias dan serius mengerjakan tiap materi yang diujikan. Bahkan tampak memahami terutama mengerjakan esai, Dirinya juga menyebutkan, untuk hari ini, PERADI di bawah Ketua Umum (Ketum) Prof. Otto Hasibuan secara serentak menggelar ujian profesi advokat di 43 Kota di Indonesia dengan total peserta sebanyak 3.584 calon advokat.
“Penentuan kelusuan ujian profesi advokat ini sangat objektif dan independen. Karena PERADI menggunakan pihak ketiga dan menerapkan zero KKN. Meski demikian, animo untuk menjadi advokat anggota Peradi ini sangat tinggi,” tegas Heppy.
Disampaikan Heppy, bahwa PERADI berusaha untuk menciptakan para advokat handal, berkualitas serta berintegritas tinggi sesuai amanat perundang-undangan.
“Saya berharap para calon advokat ini dapat lulus semuanya dan akan menjadi advokat yang profesional dalam memberikan pelayanan bagi masyarakat pencari keadilan,”pungkasnya.
Koordinator Wilayah (Korwil) PERADI Sumsel, Dr.(c) H.Antoni Toha, SH MH menambahkan para calon advokat ini bukan hanya berasal dari Kota Palembang saja namun ada juga dari Kabupaten/Kota di Sumsel.
“Kalau namanya ujian artinya masih calon advokat setelah dinyatakan lulus. Para calon bisa saja nanti mereka mengikuti pelantikan di DPC – DPC PERADI yang ada di Sumsel,”tandasnya
