Kontroversi di Cianjur, Pelajar Terlibat Genk Motor Akan Dihapuskan dari Lingkungan Sekolah
Cianjur, JURNAL TIPIKOR—Bupati Cianjur Herman Suherman siapkan sanksi tegas dengan mengeluarkan siswa yang terlibat atau bergabung dengan geng motor. Hal itu dilakukan untuk menekan pertumbuhan geng motor yang meresahkan di Kota Santri.
Herman mengaku sudah berkomunikasi dengan unsur Forum Komunikasi Pimpinan Daerah (Forkopimda) terkait sanksi tegas tersebut.
“Sudah saya sampaikan ke Polres, Kejaksaan, dan lainnya agar ada sanksi tegas untuk siswa atau pelajar yang ikut geng motor. Salah satunya dengan mengeluarkan anak tersebut dari sekolah,” ucap Herman, Rabu (7/6/2023).

Menurutnya untuk pelajar tingkat SMP, kebijakan bisa langsung diambil oleh pemerintah daerah. Namun untuk pelajar SMA/SMK, harus berdasarkan kebijakan Disdik Jabar.
“Nanti kita akan komunikasikan juga dengan KCD Disdik Jabar di Cianjur untuk sama-sama menerapkan sanksi tersebut,” kata dia.
Tetapi Herman menjelaskan sanksi tersebut dilakukan secara bertahap, mulai dari teguran, pembinaan, hingga akhirnya sanksi dikeluarkan dari sekolah.
Selain itu siswa yang disanksi akan dicek terlebih dulu keanggotannya di geng motor tersebut.
“Dicek dulu apakah memang tergabung atau sekadar ikut-ikutan. Kalau memang terdaftar sebagai anggota, akan diberi dulu peringatan dan pembinaan agar segera keluar dari geng motor tersebut,” kata dia.
“Kalau membandel dengan tetap bergabung geng motor, apalagi sampai melakukan tindakan yang meresahkan hingga tindak kriminal, maka akan diterapkan sanksi tegas hingga dikeluarkan dari sekolah,” ucap dia.
Herman menjelaskan sanksi tersebut perlu dilakukan sebagai efek jera bagi generasi muda terutama pelajar untuk fokus pada pendidikan dan tidak terlibat geng motor.
“Harus ada efek jera, supaya tidak ada lagi geng motor di Cianjur. Kalau seperti yang diketahui sekarang banyak anggotanya itu pelajar. Makanya kita antisipasi. Tapi ini baru rencana, sedang disusun peraturannya,” pungkasnya.
