Jakarta, JURNAL TIPIKOR —Direktur Utama PT Citra Karya Jabar Tol (CKJT) Jusuf Hamka, selaku pengelola seksi 3-6 Tol Cisumdawu manargetkn bulan juli jalan tol Tol Cileunyi-Sumedang-Dawuan (Cisumdawu) beroperasi penuh, akan tetapi Kementerian PUPR menargetkan selesai di bulan Juni.
Jusuf Hamka juga menambahkan akan lebih sempurna jika operasionalnya dilakukan pada awal atau pertengahan Juli.
“Kalau dipaksakan akhir Juni pasti bisa. Cuman jauh lebih elok, lebih sempurna kalau mungkin awal Juli atau pertengahan Juli. Supaya lebih siap,” katanya saat dihubungi Detik.com, Sabtu (10/6/2023).

Pria yang juga dikenal dengan sapaan Babah Alun berharap jalan tol ini bisa memberi manfaat bagi masyarakat yang melintas dari Bandung ke Cirebon. Ia berharap kualitas jalan yang dijanjikan kontraktor juga terpenuhi, seperti permintaan anggota DPR RI.
“Mudah-mudahan kualitas yang dijanjikan (kontraktor) BUMN karya ini sesuai dengan yang anggota DPR minta, bahwa kita harus di-cover bank garansi juga. Kita akan paksakan minta bank garansi, karena wakil rakyat yang minta, kita akan mintakan ke kontraktor itu,” ujarnya.
“Kontraktor ada PT Girder Indonesia, PT Wijaya Karya, PT Brantas Abipraya, PT Adhi Karya, PP,” lanjutnya.
Pada kesempatan itu ia menyinggung adanya permintaan sanksi kepada kontraktor dari anggota DPR RI kepada kontraktor. Ia menilai penerapan sanksi sudah benar demi asas keadilan.
“Kontraktor kan begitu, kalau kita terlambat membayar dia kasih sanksi. Kalau dia terlambat, harusnya dia dikasih sanksi kan. Fair aja,” tegasnya.

Menurutnya operasional Tol Cisumdawu terus mengalami kemunduran. Sempat dijanjikan selesai pada Desember 2021, namun diundur ke akhir Desember 2022, lalu diundur lagi ke Maret 2023. Janji di bulan Maret juga masih diundur hingga Juni 2023.
“Janji kelar Desember 2021. Akhirnya Desember 2022. Janji Maret 2023, mundur lagi kan,” imbuhnya.
Jika cuaca bersahabat ia menilai target tol Cisumdawu rampung di bulan juga bisa saja tercapai. Ia berharap cuaca bersahabat dan tidak turun hujan besar.
“Tergantung cuaca alam juga. Kalau cuaca nggak bersahabat? Tapi mudah-mudahan kemarau terus. Tapi itu kan daerah curah hujannya luar biasa itu,” tutup Jusuf Hamka.
