Serang, JURNAL TIPIKOR – AR alias Ozen (25) ditangkap petugas Ditreskrimum Polda Banten, Selasa 9 Mei 2023. Seorang pria wiraswasta tersebut ditangkap karena telah mencabuli anak dibawah umur.
Kabidhumas Polda Banten Kombes Pol Didik Hariyanto menjelaskan kronologi kejadian tersebut. “Diketahui pada Selasa 18 April 2023 sekitar pukul 13.00 Wib, telah terjadi adanya dugaan tindak pidana persetubuhan dan atau perbuatan cabul terhadap anak dibawah umur. Awalnya korban diajak pelaku AR di salah satu kos-kosan yang berada di Kecamatan Kronjo, Kabupaten Tangerang,” jelas Didik.
Didik menjelaskan modus pelaku kejahatan seksual terhadap anak dibawah umur. “Sebelum melakukan aksinya pelaku menjemput korban yang diawali dengan dengan dalih ingin mengantarkan korban membeli pakaian baru untuk merayakan idul fitri. Namun, bukan membeli pakaian, tetapi korban dibawa ke kosan pelaku,” terang Didik.
Satresnarkoba Polres Serang Musnahkan Barang Bukti Narkotika Jenis Sabu Asal Jaringan Afganistan
Didik menyampaikan bahwa peristiwa tersebut dilaporkan pada tanggal 25 April 2023. “Berdasarkan laporan polisi Nomor 96 pada tanggal 25 April 2023 tersebut penyidik melakukan pengejaran pelaku dan berhasil menangkap pelaku pada Selasa 9 Mei 2023 di Kecamatan Taktakan, Kota Serang.,” ujar Didik.
Di hadapan penyidik, pelaku telah mengakui perbuatannya dan dengan alat bukti yang cukup berupa 1 unit sepeda motor, pakaian dalam korban dan pakaian korban. Maka dari itu oleh penyidik, pelaku dijerat dengan Pasal 81 Jo Pasal 76D Undang-Undang Nomor 17 tahun 2016 tentang Penetapan Peraturan Pemerintah Pengganti Undang-Undang Nomor 1 tahun 2016 tentang Perubahan Kedua atas Undang-Undang Nomor 23 Tahun 2002 tentang Perlindungan Anak. Pelaku terancam pidana penjara maksimal selama 15 tahun.
“Saat ini pelaku masih ditahan di Rutan Polda Banten dalam rangka penyidikan,” ujar Didik.
Pelaksanaan pembinaan sanggar seni diSMPN I Air Hitam Berlangsung Meriah
Terakhir Didik menghimbau kepada orang tua untuk menjaga putra putrinya dan selalu waspada supaya tidak menjadi korban kejahatan. (Bidhumas).
