Brigjen Endar Priantoro Akhirnya Diberhentikan dari KPK, ayo kita Intip Prestasi Apa yang sudah dicapai !
Jakarta, JURNAL TIPIKOR-Pemberhentian Brigjen Endar Priantoro dari jabatannya sebagai Direktur Penyelidikan Komisi Pemberantasan Korupsi (KPK) menjadi sorotan publik bahkan menjadi polemik yang terus bergulir.
Sebagaimana tercantum dalam Surat Sekretaris Jenderal KPK tertanggal 31 Maret 2023 yang isinya Antara lain Pemberhentian secara hormat Brigjen Endar
Surat Sekjen KPK tersebut ditujukan untuk Polri mengenai penghadapan kembali Endar Priantoro kepada institusi Polri pada tanggal 30 Maret 2023.
KPK lakukan OTT di Kantor Bupati Kepulauan Meranti
Namun, Kapolri Jenderal Pol. Listyo Sigit Prabowo menyurati kembali Ketua KPK Firli Bahuri terkait dengan jawaban atas pengembalian anggota Polri untuk bertugas di lingkungan KPK.
Kapolri dalam surat jawaban yang teregistrasi dengan Nomor: B/2725/IV/KEP./2023 per 3 April 2023 itu mempertahankan atau menugaskan Brigjen Pol Endar Priantoro sebagai Direktur Penyelidikan KPK.
Dalam surat balasan tersebut, Listyo Sigit menyampaikan kepada pimpinan KPK terhadap penghadapan kembali Brigjen Pol. Endar Priantoro yang melaksanakan penugasan sebagai Direktur Penyelidikan KPK.
Soal Brigjen Endar, Kapolri Tegaskan Komitmen Perkuat Pemberantasan Korupsi
Brigjen Endar Priantoro yang saat ini tengah menjadi perdebatan antara KPK dan Polri dalam penempatannya sebagai Direktur Penyelidikan, memiliki sejumlah catatan prestasi selama berdinas di lembaga antirasuah atau Komisi Pemberatasan Korupsi (KPK).
Berdasarkan informasi yang dihimpun dari jejak digital, berbagai prestasi yang menonjol seperti dugaan tindak pidana korupsi berupa penerimaan sesuatu oleh PN atau yang mewakilinya di Kemensos RI terkait Bansos wilayah Jabodetabek tahun 2020. Perkara ini naik penyidikan pada 5 Desember 2020.
Kasus lainnya meliputi dugaan tindak pidana korupsi pengadaan lahan oleh Perumda Pembangunan Sarana Jaya tahun 2019 dan 2020 berkaitan dengan tanah Munjul yang kemudian diproses penyidikan pada Februari 2021.
Kapolri Kirim Surat Lagi ke KPK, Tugaskan Brigjen Endar Priantoro Jadi Direktur Penyelidikan
Sebelumnya juga, Perumda Pembangunan Sarana Jaya dibidik berkaitan dengan kasus pengadaan tanah di Pulogebang Jakarta Timur.
Kasus yang tak kalah menarik adalah dugaan tindak pidana korupsi penerimaan sesuatu oleh PN atau yang mewakilinya terkait pengadaan pesawat terbang pada PT Garuda Indonesia tahun 2010-2015.
Pada kejahatan korupsi di tingkat korporasi yang juga menarik berkaitan dengan dugaan korupsi pada kerja sama pengolahan anoda logam antara PT ANTAM dengan PT LOCO MONTRADO tahun 2017.
Rafael Alun Trisambodo, ditetapkan KPK Jadi Tersangka, Apakah akan Muncul Tersangka lainnya
Kasus dugaan korupsi yang mencengangkan juga berkaitan dengan Penyaluran Bantuan Sosial Beras di PT Bhanda Ghara Reksa (Persero) untuk Keluarga Penerima Manfaat (KPM) Program Keluarga Harapan (PKH) Kementerian Sosial Tahun 2020.
Terbaru, dugaan gratifikasi atau penerimaan sesuatu oleh Rafael Alun Trisambodo selaku Pemeriksa Pajak dan atau Pegawai DJP Kemenkeu RI tahun 2011-2023. Kasus ini baru masuk ke tingkat penyidikan pada akhir Maret 2023.
Sejumlah kasus yang ditangani Brigjen Endar Priantoro dalam satuan Satgas 4, meliputi:
- OTT Gubernur Sulsel;
- OTT Bupati Nganjuk;
- OTT Bupati Probolinggo;
- OTT PPK Kab. Hulu Sungai Utara;
- OTT Bupati Musi Banyuasin (gab pak milton);
- Auditor BPK Sulsel;
- Pembangunan Kapal KB;
- OTT Anggota DPRD Jawa Timur;
- Bupati Bangkalan;
- Kapal DKB
Brigjen Endar Priantoro juga terlibat dalam pelaksanaan Satgas 1 dan 11 KPK, yang menangani berbagai perkara, seperti:
Kasus suap Bupati Langkat (Terbit Rencana Peranginangin, termasuk ditemukannya indikasi pelanggaran HAM di rumah Bupati);
- Kasus suap dan gratifikasi Bupati Mamberamo Tengah (Ricky Ham Pagawak);
- Kasus suap dan gratifikasi Gubernur Papua (Lukas Enembe) dilanjutkan dengan penyelidikan dugaan dugaan tindak pidana dalam pengelolaan APBD Provinsi Papua 2016-2022;
- Kasus dugaan korupsi pada PT Asuransi Jasa Indonesia Tahun 2015-2020;
- Kasus suap dan gratifikasi Kakanwil BPN Provinsi Riau yang berakhir dengan tangkap tangan Bupati Kuansing.
Sebagai Kasatgas 7, beberapa capaian Endar meliputi:
- Kasus Pajak Angin Prayitno (Direktur P2) sekaligus menjadi yang pertama kali KPK menangani kasus pajak sampai dengan level direktur;
- OTT Menteri KKP, menjadi catatan juga ini pertama kali KPK menangani OTT Menteri.
Sebagai Kasatgas 9, beberapa capaian Endar meliputi:
- OTT Hakim MA, menjadi catatan pertama kali KPK melakukan OTT Hakim Agung sejak KPK berdiri;
- OTT Rektor Unila, juga menjadi catatan pertama kali Rektor berhasil ditangkap secara OTT, terkait tugas dan fungsi rektor;
- Kasus Pengadaan LNG di Pertamina (statusnya masih dalam proses penyidikan).
