POLRESTA MAGELANG GAGALKAN PENCULIKAN OLEH DEBT COLLECTOR, EMPAT TERSANGKA DITANGKAP
Magelang, JURNAL TIPIKOR – Polresta Magelang berhasil membongkar dan menangkap empat orang terduga pelaku penculikan terhadap seorang ibu berinisial NR (44) dan anaknya yang masih berusia lima tahun.
Penculikan ini dilakukan oleh sekelompok penagih utang (debt collector) sebagai jaminan atas tunggakan pembayaran sepeda motor.
Kronologi dan Penangkapan
Korban, warga Tegalrejo, Magelang, diculik pada Rabu (3/12/2025) dan sempat disekap selama dua hari di sebuah rumah kontrakan di wilayah Sleman, DI Yogyakarta.
Para tersangka diketahui meminta tebusan sebesar Rp16 juta kepada keluarga korban agar ibu dan anak tersebut dibebaskan.

Penangkapan empat tersangka dilakukan pada Jumat (5/12/2025) di wilayah Sleman, DI Yogyakarta. Kapolresta Magelang, Kombes Herbin Garbawiyata Jaya Sianipar, mengungkapkan bahwa penangkapan berlangsung dramatis.
“Para pelaku ini kita amankan di jalan. Sempat terjadi kejar-kejaran antara tim kita dengan para tersangka di sekitar Seturan, Sleman,” kata Kombes Herbin pada Jumat lalu. “Para tersangka meminta uang sejumlah Rp16 juta agar para korban bisa dikembalikan,” sambungnya.
Identitas Pelaku dan Modus
Empat pelaku yang kini telah diamankan adalah JUR alias JEK (33), II (30), SBM (35), dan YBF (25), yang semuanya merupakan warga Kalurahan Caturtunggal, Depok, Sleman. Dari pemeriksaan, diketahui mereka adalah debt collector eksternal dari salah satu perusahaan.
Penculikan ini berawal dari penagihan tunggakan motor atas nama anak korban, DEA. Setelah gagal bertemu DEA dalam kunjungan berulang, para tersangka nekat membawa paksa NR dan adik DEA yang balita pada Rabu (3/12/2025) sebagai jaminan.
NR sempat dibawa berkeliling, termasuk ke Polsek Tegalrejo untuk mediasi yang gagal, sebelum akhirnya disekap di sebuah rumah kontrakan di Sleman. Pada hari yang sama, DEA melaporkan dugaan penculikan ini ke Polresta Magelang.
Korban NR dan anaknya dibebaskan setelah para pelaku ditangkap saat berhenti di sebuah minimarket pada Jumat (5/12/2025) sekitar pukul 03.00 WIB. Setelah penangkapan, NR dan anaknya langsung dibawa ke Polresta Magelang untuk bertemu kembali dengan DEA.
Polresta Magelang saat ini sedang melakukan pendalaman lebih lanjut terkait kasus penculikan dan penyekapan ini, serta akan menindak tegas segala bentuk aksi penagihan utang yang melanggar hukum.
