Permintaan Ayah Ojol yang Tewas Ditabrak Brimob: “Hanya yang Berbuat Salah yang Ditindak”
JAKARTA, JURNAL TIPIKOR – Zulkifli, ayah dari almarhum Affan Kurniawan, seorang pengemudi ojek online (ojol) yang tewas setelah ditabrak kendaraan taktis (rantis) Satbrimob Polda Metro Jaya, mengungkapkan permintaannya agar penegakan hukum hanya menyasar personel yang terbukti bersalah.
Ia menegaskan tidak ingin seluruh institusi kepolisian menjadi korban dari perbuatan oknum.
“Betul (tidak mengajukan gugatan hukum), cuma kami meminta rasa keadilan saja, yang berbuat saja. Tidak semua polisi harus jadi korbannya,” kata Zulkifli, Jumat (29/8).

Zulkifli menceritakan bahwa Kapolri Jenderal Pol. Listyo Sigit Prabowo telah menemui keluarganya pada Kamis (28/8). Dalam pertemuan tersebut, Kapolri menyerahkan keputusan mengenai langkah hukum selanjutnya kepada pihak keluarga Affan.
“Cuma dia (Kapolri) bilang ‘Ya, Bapak, pikir-pikir dulu mau yang mana, jalur hukum kita tuntaskan semuanya’ itu saja dibilang,” ujarnya.
Kapolri juga berjanji secara langsung kepada Zulkifli akan mengusut tuntas kasus yang menimpa anaknya. “Janji akan mengusut, seperti itu,” tambahnya.

Kronologi dan Penanganan Kasus
Affan Kurniawan meninggal dunia pada Kamis (28/8) setelah ditabrak oleh kendaraan taktis yang membawa tujuh anggota Satbrimob Polda Metro Jaya. Insiden ini terjadi saat kepolisian sedang memukul mundur massa aksi unjuk rasa di sekitar kompleks parlemen, Jakarta.
Tujuh personel yang terlibat dalam insiden tersebut adalah Bripka R, Kompol C, Aipda R, Briptu D, Bripda M, Bharaka J, dan Bharaka Y.
Kasus ini kini ditangani oleh Divisi Propam Polri. Setelah pemeriksaan awal, Kadiv Propam Polri Irjen Pol. Abdul Karim menyatakan bahwa para personel tersebut terbukti melanggar kode etik kepolisian.

Sebagai sanksi, mereka dikenai penempatan khusus (patsus) di Divisi Propam Polri selama 20 hari, terhitung sejak 29 Agustus 2025 hingga 17 September 2025.
Sebelumnya, Kapolri Jenderal Pol. Listyo Sigit Prabowo juga telah menyampaikan permohonan maaf secara langsung kepada keluarga korban atas kejadian tersebut.
