KPK Sita 18 Aset Tanah Tersangka Jamal Shodiqin di Karanganyar, Total Aset yang Disita Kini 44 Bidang
JAKARTA, JURNAL TIPIKOR– Komisi Pemberantasan Korupsi (KPK) kembali melakukan penyitaan aset dari tersangka Jamal Shodiqin (JS) terkait kasus dugaan pemerasan dalam pengurusan Rencana Penggunaan Tenaga Kerja Asing (RPTKA) di lingkungan Kementerian Ketenagakerjaan (Kemenaker).
Juru Bicara KPK, Budi Prasetyo, mengungkapkan bahwa penyidik telah menyita 18 aset berupa bidang tanah milik tersangka JS yang berlokasi di Karanganyar, Jawa Tengah.
“Kemarin penyidik melakukan pemeriksaan sekaligus penyitaan 18 aset dalam bentuk bidang tanah yang berlokasi di Karanganyar, Jawa Tengah, dari tersangka JS,” ujar Budi Prasetyo di Gedung Merah Putih KPK, Jakarta, Selasa (14/10).

Dengan penambahan ini, total aset yang telah disita KPK dari tersangka Jamal Shodiqin kini berjumlah 44 aset. Aset-aset tersebut diduga kuat berasal dari tindak pidana pemerasan yang dilakukan oleh oknum-oknum di Kemenaker.
Lebih lanjut, Budi Prasetyo menjelaskan bahwa aset-aset tersebut diduga dikelola oleh tersangka Jamal Shodiqin namun berasal dari tersangka Haryanto (H), salah satu tersangka lain dalam kasus ini.
Latar Belakang Kasus
Kasus ini bermula dari dugaan pemerasan dalam pengurusan RPTKA, dokumen penting yang harus dipenuhi tenaga kerja asing (TKA) untuk dapat bekerja di Indonesia. Apabila RPTKA tidak terbit, izin kerja dan izin tinggal TKA akan terhambat, dan TKA dapat dikenai denda \text{Rp}1 \text{ juta} per hari, yang memaksa pemohon RPTKA untuk memberikan uang kepada para tersangka.
Pada 5 Juni 2025, KPK telah menetapkan delapan orang tersangka, yang seluruhnya merupakan aparatur sipil negara di Kemenaker, yaitu Suhartono, Haryanto, Wisnu Pramono, Devi Anggraeni, Gatot Widiartono, Putri Citra Wahyoe, Jamal Shodiqin, dan Alfa Eshad.

Para tersangka diduga telah mengumpulkan uang sekitar \text{Rp}53,7 \text{ miliar} dari kegiatan pemerasan pengurusan RPTKA selama kurun waktu 2019 hingga 2024, yakni pada masa kepemimpinan Menteri Ketenagakerjaan Ida Fauziyah.
KPK juga menduga praktik pemerasan pengurusan RPTKA ini telah terjadi sejak era Menteri Tenaga Kerja dan Transmigrasi Abdul Muhaimin Iskandar (2009-2014), dilanjutkan pada era Hanif Dhakiri (2014-2019), dan Ida Fauziyah (2019-2024).
KPK telah menahan delapan tersangka tersebut, yang dilakukan dalam dua kloter, yakni empat tersangka pada 17 Juli 2025 dan empat tersangka lainnya pada 24 Juli 2025.
Penyitaan aset ini merupakan bagian dari upaya KPK untuk memulihkan kerugian negara dan memastikan aset yang diduga berasal dari hasil kejahatan disita untuk proses hukum lebih lanjut.
