KPK Periksa Dirjen PSP Kementan Andi Nur Alamsyah sebagai Saksi Korupsi Pengadaan Fasilitas Pengolahan Karet
JAKARTA, JURNAL TIPIKOR. – Komisi Pemberantasan Korupsi (KPK) hari ini memeriksa Direktur Jenderal Prasarana dan Sarana Pertanian (PSP) Kementerian Pertanian (Kementan), Andi Nur Alamsyah (ANA), sebagai saksi dalam penyidikan kasus dugaan korupsi pengadaan sarana fasilitas pengolahan karet di lingkungan Kementan tahun anggaran 2021–2023.
“Pemeriksaan bertempat di Gedung Merah Putih KPK atas nama ANA,” ujar Juru Bicara KPK, Budi Prasetyo, saat dikonfirmasi dari Jakarta, Kamis.
Budi Prasetyo menjelaskan bahwa Andi Alamsyah diperiksa dalam kapasitasnya sebagai Direktur Jenderal Perkebunan Kementan periode 2022-2024
Berdasarkan catatan KPK, Andi Alamsyah telah tiba di Gedung Merah Putih KPK pada pukul 09.38 WIB.
Kasus dugaan korupsi ini mulai disidik KPK sejak 29 November 2024, dengan modus yang diduga dilakukan adalah penggelembungan harga (mark up). Pada 2 Desember 2024, KPK menyatakan telah menetapkan satu orang tersangka dalam kasus tersebut.
Perkembangan terkini, pada 21 Oktober 2025, KPK mengumumkan penetapan tersangka terhadap seorang Aparatur Sipil Negara (ASN) berinisial Yudi Wahyudin (YW) terkait kasus ini.
Selain itu, KPK juga telah berkoordinasi dengan Kementerian Imigrasi dan Pemasyarakatan untuk memberlakukan larangan bepergian ke luar negeri terhadap delapan orang terkait penyidikan.
Kedelapan orang tersebut meliputi pihak swasta berinisial DS dan RIS, pensiunan berinisial DJ, serta enam orang aparatur sipil negara berinisial YW, SUP, ANA, AJH, dan MT.
Saat ini, KPK juga tengah mendalami keterkaitan kasus pengadaan fasilitas pengolahan karet ini dengan kasus dugaan tindak pidana pencucian uang (TPPU) yang menjerat tersangka sekaligus mantan Menteri Pertanian, Syahrul Yasin Limpo (SYL).
