KPK Panggil Dua Saksi Kasus Dugaan Korupsi Pengadaan LNG Pertamina
JAKARTA, JURNAL TIPIKOR – Komisi Pemberantasan Korupsi (KPK) kembali memanggil dua saksi untuk mendalami kasus dugaan korupsi dalam pengadaan gas alam cair (LNG) di PT Pertamina (Persero) periode 2011–2021.
Kedua saksi yang diperiksa adalah mantan Sekretaris Perusahaan Pertamina, Nursatyo Argo (NA), dan pensiunan pegawai Pertamina, Desandri (DS).
Pemeriksaan berlangsung di Gedung Merah Putih KPK, Jakarta. Juru Bicara KPK Budi Prasetyo membenarkan pemanggilan ini.
“Pemeriksaan bertempat di Gedung Merah Putih KPK atas nama NA sebagai Sekretaris Perusahaan Pertamina tahun 2012-2015,” ujar Budi.

Selain itu, Budi menambahkan bahwa KPK juga memanggil DS, pensiunan yang pernah menjabat sebagai Manager Strategic Planning Risk Management (SPRM) Direktorat Perencanaan Investasi dan Manajemen Risiko (PIMR) Pertamina pada 2011-2013.
Latar Belakang Kasus
Kasus ini mulai diselidiki KPK sejak 6 Juni 2022. Kerugian negara akibat kasus ini diperkirakan mencapai sekitar 140 juta dolar AS.
Hingga saat ini, KPK telah menetapkan beberapa tersangka:
- Karen Agustiawan, mantan Direktur Utama Pertamina periode 2011–2014, yang ditetapkan sebagai tersangka pada 19 September 2023. Karen divonis 9 tahun penjara oleh Pengadilan Tipikor Jakarta pada 24 Juni 2024, namun Mahkamah Agung (MA) memperberat vonisnya menjadi 13 tahun penjara pada 28 Februari 2025.
- Yenni Andayani, mantan Plt. Direktur Utama Pertamina, dan Hari Karyuliarto, mantan Direktur Gas Pertamina. Keduanya ditetapkan sebagai tersangka baru pada 2 Juli 2024 dan resmi ditahan pada 31 Juli 2025.
Pemeriksaan terhadap Nursatyo Argo dan Desandri diharapkan dapat memberikan keterangan tambahan yang memperkuat bukti dalam kasus yang tengah berjalan.
