Komisi Pemberantasan Korupsi (KPK) Mengonfirmasi Inisial 13 Orang yang Dicekal dalam Kasus Korupsi Pengadaan Mesin EDC Bank Pemerintah
JAKARTA, JURNAL TIPIKOR– Komisi Pemberantasan Korupsi (KPK) telah mengonfirmasi inisial dari 13 orang yang dicegah ke luar negeri terkait kasus dugaan korupsi dalam pengadaan mesin electronic data capture (EDC) di salah satu bank pemerintah untuk periode 2020–2024. Kerugian negara dalam kasus ini diperkirakan mencapai Rp700 miliar dari total nilai proyek sebesar Rp2,1 triliun.
Wakil Ketua KPK, Fitroh Rohcahyanto, membenarkan inisial ke-13 orang tersebut adalah CBH, IU, DS, MI, AJ, IS, AWS, IP, KS, ELV, NI, RSK, dan SRD.
“Benar,” kata Fitroh
Lebih lanjut, Fitroh mengungkapkan bahwa dua dari 13 orang yang dicegah adalah Catur Budi Harto (CBH), yang merupakan mantan Wakil Direktur Utama PT Bank Rakyat Indonesia (Persero) Tbk (BRI), dan Indra Utoyo (IU), mantan Direktur Digital dan Teknologi Informasi BRI. Saat ini, Indra Utoyo menjabat sebagai Direktur Utama PT Allo Bank Indonesia Tbk.

KPK belum dapat memberikan identitas lengkap dari 11 orang lainnya yang masuk dalam daftar pencegahan ke luar negeri.
Kasus ini mulai diselidiki KPK setelah pada 26 Juni 2025, lembaga antirasuah tersebut melakukan penggeledahan di dua lokasi, yakni Kantor BRI Pusat di Jalan Sudirman dan Gatot Subroto, Jakarta. Pada hari yang sama, KPK secara resmi mengumumkan dimulainya penyidikan baru terkait kasus pengadaan mesin EDC ini dan telah memeriksa Catur Budi Harto sebagai saksi.
Pada 30 Juni 2025, KPK mengumumkan nilai proyek pengadaan mesin EDC tersebut sebesar Rp2,1 triliun dan secara resmi melakukan pencegahan terhadap 13 orang untuk bepergian ke luar negeri. Kemudian, pada 1 Juli 2025, KPK menyampaikan perkiraan kerugian keuangan negara mencapai Rp700 miliar, atau sekitar 30 persen dari total nilai proyek.
Pencegahan ke luar negeri ini dilakukan untuk mempermudah proses penyidikan dan memastikan para pihak yang diduga terlibat tidak melarikan diri. KPK berkomitmen untuk mengusut tuntas kasus dugaan korupsi ini dan memulihkan kerugian keuangan negara.
