Disperdagin Kabupaten Bandung Percepat Operasional Koperasi Desa/Kelurahan Merah Putih Lewat Sosialisasi Model Bisnis Perdagangan
BANDUNG, JURNAL TIPIKOR– Dinas Perdagangan dan Perindustrian (Disperdagin) Pemerintah Kabupaten Bandung hari ini, Rabu (15/10/2025), menyelenggarakan kegiatan Sosialisasi Percepatan Operasional Koperasi Desa/Kelurahan Merah Putih (KDMP) di Ruang Kecapi Gedung SETDA Kabupaten Bandung.
Kegiatan ini berfokus pada mekanisme usaha bisnis KDMP di sektor perdagangan, khususnya penyaluran gas elpiji 3 kg dan beras sembako.
Acara dibuka secara resmi oleh Wakil Bupati Bandung, Bapak Ali Syakieb, yang turut memberikan arahan strategis.
Sosialisasi ini merupakan tindak lanjut dari komitmen Pemerintah Kabupaten Bandung dalam mendukung program nasional percepatan pembentukan KDMP, sebagaimana diamanatkan dalam Inpres No. 9 Tahun 2025 dan Perpres No. 9 Tahun 2025, serta sejalan dengan program Astacita Presiden dan Wakil Presiden terpilih.
Ketua Panitia Pelaksana, Dicky Anugrah, S.H., M.Si, dalam laporannya menyampaikan bahwa tujuan utama kegiatan ini adalah untuk memberikan pemahaman komprehensif kepada para pendamping KDMP terkait model bisnis di sektor perdagangan, terutama karena KDMP kini sedang memasuki tahap operasional.
“Sekarang sedang masuk ke tahap operasional. Di dalam tahap operasional ini, kita mengharmonisasi berbagai regulasi dan juga penyediaan modul yang terkait dengan tata cara, mulai dari pencairan plafon pinjaman hingga model bisnisnya,” ujar Dicky Anugrah.
Ia menjelaskan bahwa setiap koperasi desa wajib membuat proposal bisnis atau visibility study yang akan didampingi oleh bank Himbara. Proposal ini harus didukung dengan data detail.
“Misalkan di dalam proposal tersebut ada kegiatan koperasi desa yang salah satunya adalah menyalurkan gas LPG 3 kg, kita harus tahu data berapa rumah tangga di desa itu yang membutuhkan. Jika menjadi penyalur pupuk bersubsidi, kita harus tahu berapa rumah tangga petani, luas lahan, dan lain sebagainya,” jelasnya, menekankan urgensi data detail dalam operasional.
Disperdagin sendiri merupakan bagian dari Satuan Tugas (Satgas) Percepatan Operasional KDMP yang membantu bisnis di sektor perdagangan, termasuk beras dan gas elpiji.
“Sosialisasi ini sangat krusial dalam mempercepat operasional KDMP. Melalui kerja sama dengan mitra strategis, kami ingin memastikan KDMP dapat segera berfungsi sebagai pusat distribusi yang efektif, khususnya untuk penyaluran kebutuhan dasar seperti gas elpiji dan beras,” tegas Dicky
Kegiatan ini menghadirkan narasumber utama dari mitra strategis yang memiliki peran vital dalam rantai distribusi:
- Pertamina Patra Niaga Jawa Barat, membahas mekanisme penyaluran gas elpiji untuk KDMP.
- Forum Bulog Bandung, memaparkan alur penyaluran beras dan kebutuhan sembako lainnya.
- Bank Himpunan Bank Milik Negara (HIMBARA) (BRI, BNI, dan MANDIRI), menjelaskan dukungan pembiayaan dan layanan perbankan untuk mendukung operasional bisnis KDMP.
Peserta sosialisasi meliputi para pendamping KDMP dari tiap kecamatan di Kabupaten Bandung, serta Organisasi Perangkat Daerah (OPD) yang tergabung dalam Satgas Percepatan Pembentukan KDMP.

Wakil Bupati Bandung, Bapak Ali Syakieb, dalam sambutannya menekankan peran KDMP sebagai pilar ekonomi baru yang dibangun dari bawah, sejalan dengan Program Astacita nomor 3 dan 6 yang berorientasi pada pertumbuhan dan pemerataan ekonomi serta pemberantasan kemiskinan.
“KDMP diharapkan tidak hanya menjadi koperasi biasa, tetapi menjadi lokomotif penggerak perekonomian desa/kelurahan, menjamin ketersediaan pasokan kebutuhan pokok, dan menciptakan efisiensi distribusi.
Dukungan penuh dari Pertamina, Bulog, dan Himbara menjadi kunci keberhasilan inisiatif ini,” tegas Wakil Bupati saat membuka acara.
Dengan selesainya sosialisasi ini, Satgas KDMP Kabupaten Bandung menyatakan kesiapannya untuk melangkah maju memfasilitasi pembentukan dan operasional perdana KDMP di seluruh wilayah Kabupaten Bandung.
