JURNAL POLITIK – Wakil Dewan Pengarah Tim Kampanye (TKN) Prabowo-Gibran sekaligus Ketua Umum Partai Bulan Bintang (PBB) Yusril Ihza Mahendra merespon dengan tawa upaya Timnas Anies Baswedan dan Muhaimin Iskandar yang akan mengerahkan 1.000 advokat untuk menggugat hasil Pemilihan Umum (Pemilu) 2024 di MK.
“Kalau 1.000 kan enggak muat di sidang MK kan he..he, terlalu banyak,” kata Yusril sambil tertawa saat ditemui di kediaman Prabowo Subianto di kawasan Kartanegara, Jakarta Selatan, Rabu malam.
Yusril mengatakan persidangan nantinya hanya boleh diwakilkan oleh beberapa kuasa hukum yang merepresentasikan penggugat dan tergugat.

Pihaknya sendiri memastikan tidak akan menempatkan banyak perwakilan kuasa hukum di dalam ruang sidang MK.
“Kemungkinan pasti akan dibatasi oleh MK, berapa orang yang boleh masuk ke ruang sidang ya nanti kami akan Insya-Allah bergantian. Paling yang tetap hadir itu ya ketua sekretaris dan para wakil ketua,” tutur Yusril.
Terkait kesiapan menghadapi gugatan di MK, Yusril mengaku Koalisi Indonesia Maju sudah melakukan persiapan dengan matang.

Dia memastikan akan memimpin langsung tim kuasa hukum yang terdiri dari 35 orang untuk membela Prabowo-Gibran di meja hijau persidangan MK.
Sejumlah 35 orang itu terdiri dari perwakilan berbagai kader partai politik Koalisi Indonesia Maju (KIM) yang mendukung Prabowo-Gibran.
“Ada beberapa, kalau enggak salah ada tiga dari Gerindra ada tiga dari Golkar juga ada dari Demokrat juga tiga, selebihnya advokat profesional,” tutur Yusril.
Dengan persiapan tersebut, Yusril dan jajaran KIM yakin dapat memenangkan gugatan dari kubu 01 dan 03 di MK.

Pilpres 2024 diikuti tiga pasangan, yakni Anies Baswedan-Muhaimin Iskandar pasangan calon nomor urut 1, Prabowo Subianto-Gibran Rakabuming Raka paslon nomor urut 2, dan Ganjar Pranowo-Mahfud Md. paslon nomor urut 3.
Sesuai dengan Peraturan KPU Nomor 3 Tahun 2022, rekapitulasi suara nasional Pemilu 2024 dijadwalkan berlangsung mulai 15 Februari sampai 20 Maret 2024.
Disebutkan dalam Pasal 475 ayat (1) Undang-Undang Nomor 7 Tahun 2017 tentang Pemilihan Umum bahwa dalam hal terjadi perselisihan penetapan perolehan suara hasil Pemilu Presiden dan Wakil Presiden, pasangan calon dapat mengajukan keberatan kepada Mahkamah Konstitusi (MK) dalam waktu paling lama 3 hari setelah penetapan hasil Pemilu Presiden dan Wakil Presiden oleh KPU.
Pelantikan pasangan calon terpilih sebagai Presiden dan Wakil Presiden RI dijadwalkan pada tanggal 20 Oktober 2024. Sebelumnya, 1 Oktober 2024, diagendakan pelantikan calon terpilih anggota DPR RI dan DPD RI.(*)
