Acara ini dihadiri oleh Kodam Bukit Barisan, Danrem 031/Wira Bima, Dandim 0303 Bengkalis, Kapolres Bengkalis, Bupati Bengkalis, Camat Mandau, dan Forkopimda Kabupaten Bengkalis.
Di acara penutupan ini juga di selenggarakan Cek kesehatan gratis, Donor Darah dan bagi-bagi sembako untuk masyarakat kurang mampu yang berada di daerah seputaran Kantor Camat Batin Solapan.

Sasaran TMMD yang sudah selesai di lakukan yaitu pembangunan jalan masyarakat, Sosialisasi membahas bahayanya Narkoba untuk anak sekolah dari tingkat SD, SMP, SMA dan SMK di Kecamatan Batin Solapan dan membantu masyarakat kurang mampu.
Terima kasih saya sampaikan kepada Bupati dan Wakil Bupati serta seluruh pejabat di Pemerintahan Kabupaten Bengkalis dan semua pihak yang telah membantu terselenggaranya kegiatan TMMD ke-118 ini. Berkat sinergi dan koordinasi yang baik serta adanya gotong-royong yang dilakukan secara bahu membahu menjadikan kegiatan ini terselenggarah dengan sukses dan tepat sasaran,” ucap Pangdam sebagaimana disampaikan Danrem.
Sementara itu, Dandim 0303/Bengkalis, Letkol. Arh. Irvan Nurdin mengatakan, 18 sasaran yang menjadi target TMMD ke-118 sudah selesai terlaksana.

Alhamdulillaah, 18 sasaran berupa pembangunan infrastruktur telah rampung secara keseluruhan. Begitu juga sasaran non fisik. Mari kita jaga dan manfaatkan bersama untuk kepentingan seluruh masyarakat,” ujar Dandim.
Mudah-mudahan, lanjut Dandim, sasaran non fisik yang telah dilaksanakan akan berdampak positif bagi masyarakat dan generasi muda agar mampu membangun karakter bangsa yang akan mendorong masyarakat untuk lebih kompetitif demi terciptanya kemandirian bangsa.
