Kapolres Pagar alam AKBP Erwin Irawan SH, SIK,. bertindak sebagai Inspektur Upacara (irup). Upacara ini dihadiri oleh Wakapolres Pagar alam, Kompol Helmi, SH.MH para Kabag, Kasat, Kasi, dan seluruh personil Polres Pagar alam.
Dalam upacara tersebut, dilakukan serah terima jabatan Kepala Bagian Perencanaan. Pejabat lama, Kompol Budi Yuspandi,SH .M.M Menyerahkan jabatan kepada pejabat baru, yaitu AKP Herman Akhiri,S.I.P,M.M Menjabat Sebagai Kepala Bagian Perencanaan (Kabag Ren) Dan Kasat Narkoba AKP Sutiyoso,SH MH,.M.S.I Digantikan Optu Amirul mukminin,SH Polres Pagaralam Polda Sumsel.
PENGASPALAN JALAN DI DESA SUKAHURIP KECAMATAN CIPATUJAH DI DUGA ASAL ASALAN
Dalam sambutannya, Kapolres Pagaralam menyampaikan bahwa mutasi jabatan di lingkungan Polri adalah hal yang biasa terjadi. Mutasi ini bukan hanya untuk penyegaran dan kebutuhan organisasi, tetapi juga untuk pengembangan karier para anggota. Serah terima jabatan ini diharapkan akan membawa regenerasi kepemimpinan yang mampu menghadirkan ide-ide baru serta langkah-langkah kreatif dalam mengelola organisasi.
Kapolres juga memberikan selamat kepada pejabat baru atas kepercayaan yang diberikan untuk mengemban jabatan tersebut. Dia mengingatkan pejabat baru agar segera beradaptasi dengan lingkungan dan tugas-tugas yang diemban. Disarankan juga untuk berkoordinasi dengan Kabag Ren sebelumnya guna membahas tugas-tugas kunci serta informasi penting lainnya.
Setelah pelaksanaan serah terima jabatan, dilanjutkan dengan pemberian ucapan selamat melalui jabat tangan oleh Kapolres Pagaralam kepada seluruh anggota yang hadir, sebagai tanda dukungan terhadap pejabat yang baru menjabat.
