Cilegon, JURNAL TIPIKOR.COM – Tiga pelaku pengeroyokan dan tiga pelaku pencurian di jalan lingkar selatan diamankan pada Sabtu (15/07) sekitar pukul 15.00 wib di amankan di rumahnya masing masing oleh unit Reskrim polsek Cibeber Polres Cilegon Polda Banten.
Kapolres Cilegon Polda Banten AKBP Eko Tjahyo Untoro melalui kapolsek Cibeber Polres Cilegon Polda Banten AKP Atep Mulyana membenarkan hal tersebut. “Betul Satreskrim Polsek Cibeber Polres Cilegon telah melakukan penangkapan terhadap tiga pelaku pengeroyokan dan tiga pelaku pencurian yang terjadi pada Kamis (06/07) sekitar pukul 03.00 wib di jalan lingkar selatan yang mengakibatkan dua orang luka-luka yang sempat viral dikabarkan di keroyok oleh gerombolan geng motor,” ucap Atep.
Atep menjelaskan kronologis kejadian tersebut. “Pada Kamis (06/07) korban mendapatkan pesan whatsapp dari Saudara HA berisikan “Mau ikut gk,mau main” korban menjawab “iya” lalu saudara HA nanti jam 23.45 wib kamu datang kesini” . Kemudian sekira jam 23.45 Wib korban berangkat dari rumah di lingkungan penuan kubangsari, Ciwandan Cilegon menggunakan sepeda motor honda vario, sebelum menuju rumah saudara DA korban menjemput saudara HA di Kubang Wulut,” tambah Atep.
Sesudah menjemput Saudara HA korban membonceng Saudara Ha menggunakan sepeda motor menuju rumah Saudara DA ,sesampai di rumah Saudara DA sudah ada Saudara DS,Saudara AR,Saudara TM, dan Saudra ZN yang sudah terlebih dahulu datang kerumah Saudara DA.
korban bersama teman-teman yang di rumah Saudara DA mengobrol sambil menunggu jam 03.00 wib,saat itu Saudara AM live instragam dengan nama akun “02Oficial” bertujuan memberitahu lawan musuh bahwa mereka telah siap.

Atep menjelaskan korban bersama teman lainnya putar arah karena musuh tidak ada. “Sekira jam 03.15 wib korban bersama teman yang dirumah Saudara DA keluar menuju perumahan PEMDA namun lawan musuh tidak ada di sana,kemudian korban bersama teman-teman keluar putar balik ke arah lingkar dijalan perempatan ciberko tapi saat itu melihat lawan musuh sudah berada dibawah, seketika lawan musuh melihat korban bersama teman-teman sehingga mereka langsung menyerang. Setelah itu korban loncat dari motor dan meninggalkan kendaraan yang korban bawa ke arah waringin kurung. Sekira 05.00 wib korban kembali kelokasi tepat nya saat korban diserang oleh lawan musuh,dan korban melihat kendaran sepeda motor honda beat dengan keadaan rusak dan tidak terdapat kunci kendaraan tersebut,” ucap Atep.
“Melihat kejadian tersebut korban pun balik kerumah Saudara DA untuk mencari Saudara AM, lalu korban mendengar Saudara AM diamankan warga dikarenakan tidak bisa jalan dan korban pun menuju ke sana lalu melihat Saudara AM keadaan luka – luka. Selanjutnya pelapor melaporkan kejadian tersebut ke kepolisian sektor cibeber, tiga pelaku pengeroyokan adalah IHJ (16), MZ (17) dan MF (16),” terang Atep.

Atep menjelaskan peran dari para tersangka. “Peran IH merusak motor vario warna hitam pakai stik golf, MZ merusak motor vario hitam pakai corbek senjata tajam berbentuk sabit panjang kurang lebih 1 meter, MF merusak motor bear warna hitam silver pakai celurit panjang kurang lebih 80cm,” jelas Atep
Identitas korban AM (17) Tamanbaru C tangkil Cilegon dan MR (15) warga Kubangsari Ciwandan, Kota Cilegon.
Dalam hal ini Atep menjelaskan pihaknya berhasil mengamankan beberapa barang bukti. “Barang bukti yang diamankan berupa satu STNK R2 Merk Honda vario Nopol : A-5251-WT, warna hitam, tahun 2016, empat buah Handphone, dua stik golf, dua unit motor Honda vario warna hitam Nopol : A 5251 WT dan Honda Vario putih Nopol : A-2836-TD, satu gergaji, satu kwuitansi pembayaran atas nama Agus dari RSUD Cilegon,” terang Atep.

Atep menyebutkan korban dari peristiwa tersebut. “Untuk pelaku pencurian kendaraan bermotor milik korban saudara MR (16) adalah MH (16), AN (16) dan Gulson (DPO) kendaraan tersebut di curi oleh tiga pelaku pada saat setelah terjadi tawuran antar kelompok dan melihat ada satu unit sepeda motor merek Honda vario warna hitam No.Pol A 5251 WT ketiga pelaku langsung mengambil tanpa ijin pemiliknya,” ucap Atep.
Atas kejadian tersebut tiga pelaku dapat disangkakan telah melanggar Pasal 170 (1) barang siapa yang di muka umum secara bersama-sama melakukan kekerasan terhadap orang atau barang, dihukum penjara selama-lamanya 5 tahun 6 bulan.
Dan untuk tiga pelaku pencurian di kenakan Pasal 363 KHUP ayat 1 ke 4e, pencurian dilakukan oleh dua orang bersama-sama atau lebih dengan hukuman penjara selama-lamanya 7 tahun.” tutup Atep
