Tiga Raksa, JurnalTipikor. com – Dalam rangka menjaga kesehatan dan kebugaran tubuh, puluhan anggota Kodim 0510/Tigaraksa yang di pimpin Pasi Pers Kodim 0510/Tigaraksa Kapten Inf Triyadi memimpin apel pagi di lanjutkan olahraga bersama, apel di gelar di halaman Makodim 0510/Tigaraksa, selasa (04/07/2023).
Sebelum pelaksanaan olahraga jalan sehat, seluruh anggota Kodim 0510/Tigaraksa terlebih dahulu melakukan pengecekan pada apel pagi, selanjutnya melaksanakan senam pemanasan dan peregangan yang dipimpin langsung oleh Serda Supratman.
Dalam apel pagi pengecekan Pasi Pers Kodim 0510/Tigaraksa menyampaikan bahwa lari pagi dan jalan sehat yang dilaksanakan ini sesuai dengan arahan dari Komando Atas agar melaksanakan olahraga rutin selama 1 jam setiap hari.

“Selain menyehatkan, jalan sehat ini juga sebagai ajang silaturahmi antar anggota,” ujarnya.
Ditambahkannya, ada banyak manfaat olah raga jalan ini. Di antaranya menjaga kesehatan jantung, meningkatkan metabolisme tubuh dan tentunya untuk menjaga kesehatan badan.
“Bagi prajurit TNI, merupakan suatu keharusan memiliki tubuh yang sehat dan kuat. Salah satu mendapatkan kesehatan adalah dengan olahraga. Dengan ayunan kaki dan tangan yang bersama-sama, cucuran keringat yang membasahi baju olahraga, seluruh anggota Koramil terlihat kompak dan semangat,sebelum melaksanakan tugas rutinitas nya masing – masing.”Tutup nya”.
