Bandung, JURNAL TIPIKOR–Tempat Pembuangan Akhir ( TPA ) sarimukti Cipatat kabupaten Bandung Barat yang menjadi tanggung jawab Dinas Lingkungan Hidup provinsi jawa barat menampung pengiriman sampah dari wilayah Bandung Raya.
Over load penampungan sampah menjadi permasalahan yang serius dan menjadi dilema , selain akan berpengaruh terlambatnya pengangkutan sampah di kota Bandung khususnya. Hal ini harus menjadi perhatian dan dicarikan solusi oleh Provinsi Jawa Barat serta kabupaten sebandung Raya.
Perlu diketahui, bahwa Sampah yang dihasilkan tidak hanya terdiri atas sampah padat seperti yang terlihat namun juga sampah cairan yang berasal dari pemaparan air hujan di sebuah tumpukan sampah. Cairan ini sangat berdampak buruk bagi lingkungan terutama polusi tanah jika cairan tersebut terserap langsung di dalam tanah. Cairan tersebut dinamakan air lindi.
Singkatnya, air lindi adalah limbah tambahan hasil dari tumpukan sampah yang berbahaya. Hal tersebut ditegaskan dalam Peraturan Pemerintah Nomor 22 Tahun 2021 tentang Penyelenggaraan Perlindungan dan Pengelolaan Lingkungan Hidup, bahwa air lindi masuk kategori B3 (Bahan beracun dan Berbahaya).
TPA SARIMUKTI KELUARKAN AIR LINDI YANG BERBAHAYA, SIAPA YANG HARUS BERTANGUNG JAWAB
Hasil temuan di lapangan yang dilakukan Sapto Proyogo ketua IALHI ( Ikatan Ahli Lingkungan Hidup Indonesia ) dan Wahyu Darmawan yang disampaikan ke CORONG JABAR, telah ditemukan sebuah bangunan fisik yang bersifat permanen dari buis beton berukuran besar (2,4 m x 2,4 m), dan merupakan saluran pembuangan air lindi yang berasal dari tumpukan sampah langsung mengalir ke sungai (tanpa proses pengolahan sebagaimana mestinya).
Menurut keterangan Sapto Proyogo, Temuannya tersebut sudah disampaikan baik-baik ke pihak DLH Jabar, dan responnya berupa janji akan diperbaiki. Namun setahun kemudian (Mei 2023) fakta lapangan tidak ada perbaikan sama sekali, bahkan menunjukkan kondisi lapangan yang semakin parah.

Berdasarkan informasi tersebut, CORONG JABAR menanggapi permasalahan ini sangat serius, Yusuf Sumpena SH.MH . Sapaan akrabnya Kang Iyus yang merupakan tokoh jabar juga salah seorang pentolan di wadah CORONG Jabar sangat menyesalkan dan memprotes keras terhadap pembuangan cairan Lindi TPA sari mukti ke sungai, hal tersebut disampaikannya ke Tim Jurnal Tipikor, Rabu (7/6/2023).
Dikatakannya, Ini sangat merusak lingkungan dan sangat berbahaya bagi manusia dan mahluk lainnya di perairan. Jika ini di buang langsung ke sungai tanpa melalui proses pengelolaan sesuai aturan yang berlaku dan sesuai standar baku mutunya seperti yang sekarang terjadi di lapangan. Perlu direnungkan, bahwa bila air lindi yang masuk kategori B3 (Bahan Beracun dan Berbahaya) seperti itu dibiarkan masuk ke perairan umum dan akan mengalir ke citarum, ke cirata dan Jatiluhur, ungkap kang yus ke Tim Jurnal Tipikor.
Lebih lanjut kang yus mengatakan, Sungguh mengkhawatirkan, jika ikan Cirata terkontaminasi dan akan sangat berbahaya jika dikonsumsi oleh manusia, ujarnya.
“Air Jatiluhur merupakan bahan baku PDAM yang disuplai untuk kebutuhan air bersih bagi penduduk di Jakarta. Ini diperkirakan kurang aman untuk dikonsumsi”, tegasnya
Kami masyarakat dan Sejumlah tokoh2 CORONG JABAR mengingatkan kepada Gubernur Jawa Barat Ridwan Kamil sebagai Dansatgas dan Dinas DLH provinsi Jawa Barat agar segera menindak lanjuti permasalahan ini. Jangan sampai permasalahan ini masuk ke ranah hukum, Tutup kang Iyus.
