Serang, JURNAL TIPIKOR – Polsek Cipocok Jaya Polresta Serang Kota melaksanakan tahap 2 terkait kasus Pencurian dengan pemberatan (Curat) yang terjadi di Komplek Puri Regency Blok B 8 No 7 Kelurahan Banjarsari Kecamatan Cipocok Jaya Kota Serang pada Kamis (16/03).
Kapolsek Cipocok Jaya Polresta Serang Kota Kompol Lis Handaya mengatakan bahwa. “Benar unit Reskrim Polsek Cipocok Jaya telah melaksanakan tahap 2 pada Selasa (16/05) terkait kasus Curat yang terjadi di Komplek Puri Regency Blok B 8 No 7 Kelurahan Banjarsari Kecamatan Cipocok Jaya Kota Serang pada Kamis (16/03) yang dilaporkan oleh Erwan Setia Budi,” kata Lis Handaya pada Selasa (16/05)
Selain berkas perkara kasus curat tersebut Polsek Cipocok Jaya juga menyerahkan dua tersangka yaitu FH (21) serta SF (24). “Personel Polsek Cipocok Jaya menyerahkan berkas perkara tersebut sekaligus 2 orang tersangka yaitu FH (21) serta SF (24) yang merupakan warga Kecamatan Cipocok Jaya Kota Serang,” ujar Lis Handaya.

Diakhir, Lis Handaya juga mengatakan adapun barang bukti yang telah diserahkan kepada Kejaksaan. “Adapun barang yang telah diserahkan kepada kejaksaan berupa 2 unit blower AC outdoor merk Panasonic serta 1 unit sepeda motor honda Beat warna Biru dof dengan Nopol A-4025-DZ berikut STNK dan kunci kontak,” ucap Lis Handaya.
Untuk mempertanggung jawabkan perbuatannya. “Kedua tersangka dijerat Pasal 363 KUHP dengan ancaman pidana penjara paling lama 7 tahun,” tutup Lis Handaya. (Bidhumas)
