Bandung, JURNAL TIPIKOR – Menteri Perumahan dan Kawasan Permukiman (PKP) Republik Indonesia, Maruar Sirait menyampaikan apresiasi tinggi terhadap perubahan signifikan dalam penyelenggaraan layanan publik di Kota Bandung.
Hal itu dilontarkannya saat melakukan kunjungan kerja ke Mal Pelayanan Publik (MPP) Kota Bandung pada Selasa, 3 Juni 2025.
Pada kunjungan itu, Maruar Sirait didampingi Sekretaris Daerah Provinsi Jawa Barat, Herman Suryatman, dan Wali Kota Bandung Muhammad Farhan.
“Luar biasa ya, saya senang saya diizinkan ngecek langsung. Saya lihat perubahan mindset dan action. Saya lihat di sini pelayanan publik di Kota Bandung berubah dengan cepat,” ujarnya di Mal Pelayanan Publik Kota Bandung, Jalan Cianjur.

Kunjungan ini menjadi bagian dari agenda nasional kementerian dalam memastikan bahwa kebijakan negara, terutama yang berkaitan dengan kesejahteraan masyarakat berpenghasilan rendah (MBR), benar-benar dirasakan langsung oleh rakyat.
Dalam tinjauannya, Menteri PKP menyoroti terobosan Kota Bandung yang telah membebaskan biaya sejumlah pelayanan penting untuk masyarakat MBR.
“MBR-MBR mendapatkan BPHTB gratis, PBG gratis, PPN gratis. Artinya ada perubahan besar dalam pelayanan publik di sini,” ujarnya.

Ia pun mengakui masih ada kekurangan kecil dalam implementasi, namun secara umum pelayanan di Kota Bandung menunjukkan kemajuan nyata dan patut dicontoh oleh daerah lain.
Salah satu sorotan utama Menteri PKP adalah pentingnya sosialisasi yang masif agar rakyat benar-benar mengetahui hak dan kemudahan yang diberikan oleh negara.
“Kasihan kalau rakyat Bandung belum banyak tahu. Contohnya tadi saya tanya, tahunya di mana? Pas di sini,” kata Maruar.
Menteri pun mendorong agar pejabat dan petugas pelayanan terjun langsung ke rumah-rumah rakyat untuk menyampaikan informasi dengan pendekatan langsung dan sederhana.
Ia juga memberi catatan operasional terkait jam layanan di MPP, menyarankan agar pelayanan dibagi menjadi dua shift tanpa jeda istirahat siang.
“Kalau jam 12.00–13.00 itu tutup, menurut saya bikin dua shift. Jadi melayani rakyat enggak ada jeda. Ngapain melayani rakyat pakai break-break-an?”
Dalam kesempatan tersebut, Menteri PKP menyampaikan program rumah subsidi nasional yang tengah digulirkan. Kota Bandung diminta ikut serta sebagai salah satu penerima alokasi hingga 5.000 unit rumah.
“Kalau Kota Bandung mau 3.000, kita kasih 3.000. Kalau mau 5.000, kasih 5.000. Karena pegawai Bapak masih banyak yang belum punya rumah,” ujarnya sambil menegaskan bahwa alokasi untuk Kota Bandung akan difinalisasi dalam waktu dekat.

Menteri juga menyampaikan agenda kerja lanjutan di Bandung pada Rabu (4/6), yakni meninjau program CSR Yayasan Buddha Tzu Chi di kawasan Jamika, serta memantau langsung kesiapan Kota Bandung dan Persib sebagai tuan rumah Piala Presiden 2025.
“Besok saya dengan Pak Farhan akan ke GBLA dengan Pak Glen untuk melihat kesiapan Persib menjadi tuan rumah Piala Presiden. Kalau Persib Bandung siap, saya tunjuk jadi tuan rumah,” ujar Menteri yang ditunjuk Ketua Umum PSSI Erick Thohir untuk menjadi Ketua Panitia Piala Presiden tahun ini.
Ia mengungkapkan bahwa Piala Presiden 2025 akan melibatkan empat tim, dua dari dalam negeri dan dua dari luar negeri.
Menteri PKP menutup kunjungan dengan pujian terhadap kapasitas intelektual Kota Bandung yang memiliki banyak perguruan tinggi ternama seperti ITB, Unpad, Unpar, dan Maranatha.
“Kota Bandung ini pusatnya orang pintar. Sistemnya sudah bagus. Kalau bagus, saya bilang bagus. Kalau enggak, ya enggak. Gitu ya,” tuturnya. (ziz/red)
