Jakarta, JURNAL TIPIKOR – Komisi Pemberantasan Korupsi (KPK) mengaku meminta konfirmasi dari saksi yang hadir terkait barang sitaan kasus dugaan suap atau gratifikasi dalam pengurusan rencana penggunaan tenaga kerja asing (RPTKA) di Kementerian Ketenagakerjaan pada tahun 2019—2023.
“Saksi dikonfirmasi terkait dengan barang bukti yang dilakukan penyitaan oleh penyidik,” ujar Juru Bicara KPK Budi Prasetyo di Gedung Merah Putih KPK, Jakarta, Senin.
Selain itu, Budi mengatakan bahwa penyidik KPK mendalami sumber hingga aliran uang yang diduga terkait dengan kasus tersebut.

Lebih lanjut dia menegaskan bahwa KPK akan terus memeriksa para saksi terkait penanganan perkara di lingkungan Kemenaker itu.
Sementara itu, empat orang yang dipanggil KPK untuk mengusut kasus tersebut pada Senin ini adalah Staf Ahli Menteri Ketenagakerjaan Bidang Hubungan Internasional Haryanto, dan Direktur Jenderal Pembinaan Penempatan Tenaga Kerja dan Perluasan Kesempatan Kerja Kemenaker tahun 2020-2023 Suhartono.
Dua lainnya adalah Pengantar Kerja Ahli Madya Kemenaker Fitriana Susilowati, Koordinator Bidang Uji Kelayakan dan Pengesahan RPTKA di Direktorat Pengendalian Penggunaan TKA Kemenaker pada bulan September 2024—2025 Rizky Junianto
Sebelumnya, KPK menyatakan kasus tersebut diduga terjadi di Direktorat Jenderal Binapenta dan PKK Kemenaker pada tahun 2020—2023.

Dikatakan pula bahwa dugaan suap telah terjadi sejak 2019.
KPK juga menyatakan bahwa pihaknya telah menetapkan delapan orang sebagai tersangka dalam kasus tersebut, tetapi belum dapat menginformasikan latar belakang para tersangka, yakni penyelenggara negara, swasta, atau lainnya.
Dalam kasus tersebut, KPK telah menyita 13 kendaraan yang terdiri atas 11 unit mobil dan dua unit motor dari penggeledahan selama 20—23 Mei 2025
