Sukabumi, JURNAL TIPIKOR ,-Kembali terjadi dugaan adanya Kasus Tindak Pidana Korupsi yang merugikan keuangan negara sebesar Rp. 1,5 Miliar. Dimana anggaran tersebut untuk perbaikan dan perawatan truk pick up sampah pada Dinas Lingkungan Hidup (DLH) Kabupaten Sukabumi.
Dugaan kasus korupsi ini tenggah diusut oleh Kejaksaan Negeri (Kejari) Kabupaten Sukabumi. Saat ini, kasusnya yang semula berstatus penyelidikan kini meningkat ke tahap penyidikan.
Kepala Kejaksaan Negeri Kabupaten Sukabumi, Romiyasi, S.H., M.H., mengatakan, bahwa penyelidikan terkait dugaan kasus korupsi di tubuh DLH ini sudah dimulai sejak Maret 2025.

Penyelidikan fokus pada perawatan dan perbaikan truk serta pick up sampah yang dilakukan oleh Dinas Lingkungan Hidup Kabupaten Sukabumi pada tahun anggaran 2024, dengan total anggaran mencapai Rp 1,5 miliar.
“Kami telah melakukan penyelidikan terkait (dugaan korupsi) pada perawatan dan perbaikan truk dan pick up sampah di Dinas Lingkungan Hidup Kabupaten Sukabumi tahun anggaran 2024 dengan nilai Rp. 1,5 miliar,”ucap Romiyasi kepada awak media, Rabu (14/05/2025).
Romiyasi pun menjelaskan, bahwa saat ini pihaknya sedang menunggu hasil penghitungan kerugian negara yang terjadi akibat kasus ini.
“Penyelidikan sudah kami tingkatkan ke tahap penyidikan dan sekarang kami sedang menunggu penghitungan kerugian negara,”ujarnya.

Lanjutnya, bahwa dalam proses penyidikan, Kejaksaan telah memeriksa sebanyak 60 saksi terkait dugaan korupsi ini. Dan kini, pihaknya masih mendalami jenis korupsi yang dilakukan, apakah berupa pengadaan fiktif atau instrumen lainnya.
Sebanyak 60 saksi yang sudah diperiksa, diantaranya yaitu pejabat dari Dinas Lingkungan Hidup termasuk Sekretaris Dinas (Sekdis).
“Saat ini sedang pemanggilan saksi-saksi. Ada beberapa dari pihak luar, seperti kontraktor, dan dari dinas sendiri,” tutur Romiyasi.

Kajari Kabupaten Sukabumi berharap, proses penghitungan kerugian negara dapat berjalan dengan lancar.
“Semoga proses penghitungan kerugian negara dapat berjalan dengan lancar dan kami pun secepatnya akan berkoordinasi dengan inspektorat,”pungkasnya.
