Bandung, JURNAL TIPIKOR –DPRD Kota Bandung menggelar rapat paripurna, Selasa, 24 Desember 2024. Agenda rapat paripurna ini berisi pengambilan keputusan terhadap Raperda tentang Pencabutan Perda Nomor 10 Tahun 2015 tentang Rencana Detail tata Ruang dan Peraturan Zonasi Kota Bandung Tahun 2015-2035. Selain itu, rapat paripurna ini juga mengumumkan perubahan struktur di dalam Fraksi Partai Demokrasi Indonesia Perjuangan (PDIP).
Rapat paripurna ini dipimpin oleh Wakil Ketua DPRD Kota Bandung Dr. H. Edwin Senjaya, S.E., M.M., didampingi Ketua DPRD Kota Bandung H. Asep Mulyadi, S.H., Wakil Ketua DPRD Kota Bandung Toni Wijaya, S.E., S.H., serta dihadiri para Anggota DPRD Kota Bandung.
Turut hadir Pj Wali Kota Bandung A. Koswara, jajaran pimpinan OPD, serta unsur Forkopimda Kota Bandung.
Sebelum disepakati di dalam forum rapat paripurna, Raperda ini telah melalui persetujuan Badan Musyawarah DPRD Kota Bandung berdasarkan hasil penyelesaian pembahasan panjang yang secara fokus dilaksanakan oleh Panitia Khusus 3.
Meski telah merampungkan Raperda ini, Pansus 3 belum dibubarkan karena masih bertugas membahas satu Raperda lagi, yaitu Raperda Kota Bandung tentang Penyelenggaraan Reklame.

Untuk keperluan proses penetapan terhadap Raperda menjadi Peraturan Daerah, sesuai dengan ketentuan Pasal 80 Undang-undang Nomor 12 Tahun 2011 tentang Pembentukan Peraturan Perundang-Undangan sebagaimana telah diubah terakhir dengan Undang-undang
Nomor 13 Tahun 2022 tentang Perubahan kedua atas Undang-undang Nomor 12 Tahun 2011 tentang Pembentukan Peraturan Perundang-Undangan Juncto Pasal 21 ayat (1) Peraturan DPRD Kota Bandung Nomor 1 Tahun 2020 sebagaimana telah diubah beberapa kali terakhir dengan Peraturan DPRD Nomor 1 Tahun 2023 tentang Perubahan Kedua Atas Peraturan DPRD Nomor 1 Tahun 2020 tentang Tata Tertib, bahwa Rancangan Peraturan Daerah yang telah disetujui tersebut akan disampaikan kepada Pj Wali Kota Bandung untuk bahan proses selanjutnya.
Selanjutnya untuk memenuhi amanat ketentuan Pasal 19 ayat (4) huruf a Peraturan DPRD Kota Bandung Nomor 1 Tahun 2020 tentang Tata Tertib sebagaiman telah diubah beberapa kali terakhir dengan Peraturan DPRD Nomor 1 Tahun 2023 tentang Perubahan Kedua Atas Peraturan DPRD Nomor 1 Tahun 2020 tentang Tata Tertib, rapat paripurna ini diisi dengan mendengarkan penyampaian Pendapat Akhir Wali Kota atas Pengambilan Keputusan terhadap tentang Pencabutan Perda Nomor 10 Tahun 2015 tentang Rencana Detail tata Ruang dan Peraturan Zonasi Kota Bandung Tahun 2015-2035 itu.
Perubahan Struktur
Di dalam rapat paripurna ini, diumumkan pula perubahan struktural pada Fraksi PDI Perjuangan DPRD Kota Bandung. Pimpinan DPRD Kota Bandung telah menerima surat dari Dewan Pimpinan Cabang Partai Demokrasi Indonesia Perjuangan Nomor: 1171/IN/DPC/04-10/XII/2024 tanggal 23 Desember 2024 perihal Susunan Fraksi Partai Demokrasi Indonesia Perjuangan Kota Bandung.
Perubahan ini menyusul dipilihnya Anggota DPRD Kota Bandung Rieke Suryaningsih, S.H., menjadi Pimpinan DPRD Kota Bandung, yang sebelumnya mengisi kursi ketua Fraksi PDI Perjuangan DPRD Kota Bandung. Dengan keputusan baru ini, maka susunan Fraksi PDI Perjuangan DPRD Kota Bandung yakni sebagai berikut:
