Jakarta, JURNAL TIPIKOR – Anggota Komisi III DPR RI Rudianto Lallo mengatakan bahwa penetapan tersangka terhadap Sekretaris Jenderal PDIP Hasto Kristiyanto oleh KPK harus betul-betul murni merupakan penegakan hukum.
Dia mengatakan bahwa Komisi III DPR RI sudah mendorong agar setiap kasus hukum yang diproses oleh KPK untuk diluruskan dan dimurnikan. Jangan sampai, kata dia, ada kesan tendensi politik dalam penegakan hukum oleh lembaga antirasuah itu.
“Menemukan kesalahan boleh, tapi mencari kesalahan kan tidak boleh,” kata Rudianto saat dihubungi di Jakarta, Rabu (25/12/2024)

Sebagai sesama politisi, dia mengaku cukup berat untuk mengomentari masalah terkait Hasto. Namun sebagai legislator di bidang hukum, dia pun menghormati proses hukum yang tengah dilakukan KPK. “Dan pasti ada mekanisme hukum yang berjalan jikalau memang keberatan dengan pernyataan seseorang tersangka,” kata dia.
Dia juga mengatakan jika penegakan hukum di KPK terkesan memiliki tendensi politik, maka kepercayaan masyarakat terhadap lembaga tersebut justru akan menurun. Sehingga dia pun berharap pimpinan KPK yang baru dilantik bakal membuat penegakan hukum semakin murni dan lurus.
“Ada yang mengatakan tendensi politik, ini menargetkan orang per orang, dan sebagainya. Ini yang tidak baik untuk KPK, karena itu kita dorong KPK dalam penanganan kasus apapun itu, harus meluruskan dan memurnikan,” kata dia.
Sebelumnya, Komisi Pemberantasan Korupsi (KPK) menetapkan Sekretaris Jenderal PDI Perjuangan (PDIP) Hasto Kristiyanto (HK) sebagai tersangka terkait kasus suap Harun Masiku terhadap Komisioner Komisi Pemilihan Umum (KPU) Wahyu Setiawan.
“Penyidik menemukan adanya bukti keterlibatan saudara HK yang bersangkutan sebagai Sekjen PDIP Perjuangan,” kata Ketua KPK Setyo Budiyanto di Gedung Merah Putih KPK, Jakarta Selatan, Selasa (24/12).
Setyo mengungkapkan Hasto berperan aktif dalam kasus suap untuk memenangkan Harun Masiku sebagai anggota DPR RI.(*)
