Bengkulu, JURNAL TIPIKOR – Tujuh tersangka kasus korupsi SPPD di Sekretariat DPRD (Setwan) Provinsi Bengkulu tahun anggaran 2024 segera disidangkan setelah Jaksa Penuntut Umum (JPU) melimpahkan berkas perkara ke Pengadilan Tipikor Bengkulu pada Rabu 27 November 2025.
Kejati Bengkulu juga menugaskan sepuluh jaksa untuk mengawal proses penuntutan hingga persidangan dimulai.
Kasi Penuntutan Kejati Bengkulu, Arief Wirawan, mengatakan tim jaksa saat ini menyiapkan berkas dakwaan sambil menunggu penetapan jadwal sidang dari pengadilan.
Ia memastikan seluruh berkas telah dikirim melalui sistem pelimpahan elektronik.
“Untuk berkas perkara sudah kita limpahkan melalui website dan saat ini tinggal menunggu jadwal sidang dari pengadilan,” ungkap Arief pada RB 27 November 2025.
Dengan pelimpahan berkas tersebut, ketujuh tersangka resmi menjadi tahanan pengadilan.
Para tersangka juga telah diserahkan ke pengadilan meskipun tanggung jawab pengawasan tetap berada pada jaksa.
“Bukan hanya berkas namun tersangka juga dilimpahkan untuk menjadi tahanan pengadilan namun untuk tanggung jawab masih di jaksa,” tutup Arief.

Ketujuh tersangka itu ialah mantan Sekretaris DPRD Provinsi Bengkulu, Erlangga, Kasubag Umum Rizan Putra Jaya, Bendahara Dahyar, serta tiga pembantu bendahara pengeluaran, Rely Pribadi dan Ade Yanto Pratama. Seluruh berkas ditangani dalam tujuh dokumen terpisah.
Dalam pelimpahan sebelumnya, jaksa menyerahkan 1.389 dokumen dan barang bukti kepada pengadilan. Barang bukti tersebut berasal dari penanganan tujuh berkas terpisah yang disusun tim penyidik.
Ada 7 berkas saat pelimpahan beberapa waktu lalu dengan total dokumen dan barang bukti sebanyak 1.389 item,” tutur Arief.
Kerugian negara pada perkara korupsi SPPD Setwan DPRD Provinsi Bengkulu ditaksir mencapai Rp3 miliar. Nilai ini berasal dari 204 perjalanan dinas yang sudah dicairkan namun tidak disalurkan kepada penerima.

Para tersangka dijerat pasal 2 ayat 1 dan pasal 3 juncto pasal 18 ayat 2 dan 3 Undang-Undang Nomor 31 Tahun 1999 tentang Pemberantasan Tindak Pidana Korupsi sebagaimana diubah dengan Undang-Undang Nomor 20 Tahun 2001, juncto pasal 55 ayat 1 ke-1 KUHP, juncto pasal 64 ayat 1 KUHP.
