Bhatin Solapan, JURNAL TIPIKOR – Pemerintah Desa Tambusai Batang Dui, Kecamatan Bhatin Solapan, pada hari Jumat, 17 Oktober 2025, sukses menyelenggarakan kegiatan Musyawarah Perencanaan Pembangunan Desa (Musrenbang Desa).
Acara krusial ini dilaksanakan dalam rangka penyusunan Rancangan Kerja Pemerintah Desa (RKP Desa) dan Daftar Usulan RKP (DU RKP) untuk tahun anggaran 2027.
Musrenbang Desa Tambusai Batang Dui yang bertempat di Aula Kantor Desa Batang Dui bertujuan utama untuk membahas, menyepakati prioritas kegiatan pembangunan tahun 2026, serta merumuskan daftar usulan kegiatan pembangunan untuk DU RKP Desa tahun 2027 yang akan diajukan ke forum Musrenbang Kecamatan.

Kegiatan ini dihadiri oleh berbagai unsur penting, termasuk Wakil Ketua DPRD Kabupaten Bengkalis, Arsya Fadillah, Pj. Kepala Desa Tambusai Batang Dui, Desy Susanty, S.H., Sekretaris Desa, Ketua dan anggota BPD, pendamping desa, UPT, Kepala Dusun, RT/RW, Kepala Sekolah SD dan SMP se-Desa Tambusai Batang Dui, Perangkat Desa, Ketua BUMDES, kader posyandu, tokoh pemuda, tokoh agama, serta seluruh masyarakat undangan lainnya.
Dalam sambutannya, Pj. Kepala Desa Desy Susanty, S.H., menyampaikan bahwa Musrenbangdes ini merupakan momen penting dalam proses pembangunan yang melibatkan seluruh unsur masyarakat.
“Diharapkan seluruh usulan prioritas dapat menjadi dasar dalam penyusunan RKPDes dan selanjutnya diusulkan ke tingkat kecamatan maupun Bengkalis. Semua usulan yang disampaikan oleh setiap masyarakat melalui RT/RW dan dusun di Musrenbangdes hari ini akan ditampung,” jelasnya.
Wakil Ketua DPRD Bengkalis, Arsya Fadillah, menegaskan komitmennya untuk membangun Desa Tambusai Batang Dui. “Kepada masyarakat sampaikanlah usulan dan aspirasi, terkait 10 prioritas insyaallah kita akan upayakan,” ujarnya.
Sementara itu, Camat Bathin Solapan, Muhammad Rusydy MR, S.STP, M.Si., menyampaikan bahwa Musrenbang Desa adalah kegiatan rutin yang dilaksanakan setiap tahun.
“Tujuannya adalah dalam rangka penetapan skala prioritas RKP Desa Tahun 2026 di pemerintah Desa Tambusai Batang Dui,” tutur Camat.
Acara kemudian dilanjutkan dengan penandatanganan berita acara kesepakatan oleh Kepala Desa Tambusai Batang Dui, Desy Susanty, S.H., Ketua BPD, dan Camat Bathin Solapan, Muhammad Rusydy MR, S.STP, M.Si.
Pelaksanaan Musrenbang ini menegaskan komitmen bersama Pemerintah Desa dan seluruh elemen masyarakat Desa Tambusai Batang Dui dalam mewujudkan perencanaan pembangunan yang partisipatif dan tepat sasaran.
