Jakarta, JURNAL TIPIKOR-– Komisi Pemberantasan Korupsi (KPK) telah mengambil langkah pemulihan kerugian keuangan negara terkait kasus dugaan korupsi proyek pengadaan iklan pada Bank BJB periode 2021–2023 dengan keputusan sebagai berikut:
- Penyitaan Uang: KPK menyita uang sejumlah Rp1,3 miliar dari Ilham Akbar Habibie (IAH).
- Uang ini merupakan pembayaran yang dilakukan oleh mantan Gubernur Jawa Barat Ridwan Kamil (RK) kepada IAH untuk pembelian satu unit mobil Mercedes-Benz 280 SL atas nama Presiden ke-3 RI B. J. Habibie.
- Rp1,3 miliar ini disebut sebagai 50 persen dari total harga pembelian yang disepakati, yakni Rp2,6 miliar.
- Pengembalian Mobil: KPK memutuskan untuk mengembalikan mobil Mercedes-Benz 280 SL tersebut kepada IAH.
- Pengembalian dilakukan karena IAH telah mengembalikan uang pembayaran dari RK yang kemudian disita oleh KPK.
- Tujuan: Penyitaan uang Rp1,3 miliar ini menjadi langkah awal KPK dalam optimalisasi asset recovery (pemulihan kerugian keuangan negara) dan untuk proses pembuktian adanya aliran uang dari RK kepada IAH untuk pembelian mobil antik tersebut.
Perkembangan Kasus Korupsi Bank BJB - Kerugian Negara: Penyidik KPK memperkirakan kerugian negara dalam kasus dugaan korupsi di Bank BJB ini sekitar Rp222 miliar.
- Tersangka: Hingga 13 Maret 2025, KPK telah menetapkan lima orang tersangka, yang saat tahun perkara menjabat sebagai berikut:
- Yuddy Renaldi (YR): Direktur Utama Bank BJB.
- Widi Hartoto (WH): Pejabat Pembuat Komitmen (PPK) sekaligus Kepala Divisi Sekretaris Perusahaan Bank BJB.
- Ikin Asikin Dulmanan (IAD): Pengendali agensi Antedja Muliatama dan Cakrawala Kreasi Mandiri.
- Suhendrik (SUH): Pengendali agensi BSC Advertising dan Wahana Semesta Bandung Ekspress.
- Sophan Jaya Kusuma (SJK): Pengendali agensi Cipta Karya Sukses Bersama.
Ridwan Kamil (RK):
- KPK menggeledah rumah Ridwan Kamil pada 10 Maret 2025 terkait penyidikan kasus ini dan turut menyita sepeda motor hingga mobil.
- Hingga Selasa (30/9), tercatat sudah 204 hari RK belum dipanggil oleh KPK setelah penggeledahan tersebut.
