Bandung, JURNAL TIPIKOR— Wakil Wali Kota Bandung, Erwin, meninjau langsung kawasan rawan banjir di RT 03 RW 07 Kelurahan Babakan, Kecamatan Babakan Ciparay, pada Senin (29/9/2025).
Peninjauan ini berfokus pada permasalahan gorong-gorong yang menjadi akar penyebab genangan di wilayah tersebut.
Saat menyusuri Jalan Akipadma Selatan, Gang H. Rosadi, Erwin menemukan sejumlah saluran air yang tertutup oleh bangunan rumah.
Kondisi ini, menurutnya, menjadi penghambat krusial bagi aliran air dan memperparah genangan saat hujan deras.
“Bangunan tidak boleh berdiri di atas solokan, anak sungai, atau gorong-gorong. Itu hak publik. Kalau memang ada, ya harus dibongkar demi kepentingan bersama,” tegas Erwin.
Meskipun demikian, Erwin menekankan bahwa solusi yang diambil harus melalui musyawarah. Ia menyatakan kesiapan Pemkot Bandung untuk memberikan tindak lanjut teknis jika ada pemilik lahan yang ikhlas menyerahkan lahannya untuk kepentingan umum.
Lebih lanjut, Erwin menuturkan bahwa Pemkot Bandung akan segera mengkaji ulang kondisi saluran di sekitar Jalan Soekarno-Hatta yang terhubung langsung dengan kawasan Sumber Sari.
Saluran tersebut diduga menjadi salah satu titik krusial penyebab banjir yang turut berdampak pada RW 07 dan RW 08.
“Prinsipnya, masalah ini harus selesai. Tidak bisa dibiarkan berlarut-larut,” pungkasnya, menandakan komitmen Pemkot Bandung untuk menuntaskan persoalan banjir di wilayah tersebut.
