JAKARTA, JURNAL TIPIKOR– Komisi Pemberantasan Korupsi (KPK) memanggil 23 pemilik tanah selama tiga hari berturut-turut, dari 17 hingga 19 September 2025, untuk dimintai keterangan sebagai saksi dalam kasus dugaan korupsi penyaluran dana Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) Bank Indonesia dan Otoritas Jasa Keuangan (OJK).
Juru Bicara KPK, Budi Prasetyo, menjelaskan bahwa pemanggilan ini adalah bagian dari proses penyidikan yang sedang berjalan. “Pemeriksaan ini dilakukan untuk mengumpulkan alat bukti dan mendalami peran para saksi terkait dugaan tindak pidana korupsi tersebut,” ujar Budi di Gedung Merah Putih KPK, Jakarta.
Pada hari ini, Jumat (19/9), KPK memanggil tujuh pemilik tanah dengan inisial OL, PP, TS, DAS, MBS, IS, dan SZ.
Sebelumnya, pada Rabu (17/9), KPK telah memeriksa delapan saksi pemilik tanah, yaitu SU, SR, RP, AS, HS, HSO, FH, dan AK. Sehari setelahnya, Kamis (18/9), delapan saksi lainnya juga dipanggil, di antaranya SA, HL, RA, EF, ESM, DK, AP, dan OM.
Latar Belakang Kasus
Kasus ini bermula dari Laporan Hasil Analisis (LHA) Pusat Pelaporan dan Analisis Transaksi Keuangan (PPATK) dan aduan masyarakat. Sejak Desember 2024, KPK telah memulai penyidikan umum.
Penyidik KPK telah melakukan penggeledahan di dua lokasi penting yang diduga menyimpan alat bukti, yaitu Gedung Bank Indonesia pada 16 Desember 2024, dan Kantor Otoritas Jasa Keuangan (OJK) pada 19 Desember 2024.
Pada 7 Agustus 2025, KPK resmi menetapkan dua anggota Komisi XI DPR RI periode 2019–2024, yaitu Satori (ST) dan Heri Gunawan (HG), sebagai tersangka dalam kasus ini.
