Jakarta, JURNAL TIPIKOR– Komisi Pemberantasan Korupsi (KPK) resmi menahan lima tersangka dalam kasus dugaan korupsi terkait pencairan kredit usaha di PT Bank Perkreditan Rakyat (BPR) Bank Jepara Artha (Perseroda) untuk periode tahun 2022 hingga 2024.
Kelima tersangka ditahan selama 20 hari pertama, terhitung sejak 18 September 2025 sampai dengan 7 Oktober 2025, di Rumah Tahanan Cabang KPK.
Pelaksana Tugas Deputi Penindakan dan Eksekusi KPK, Asep Guntur Rahayu, menyebutkan kelima tersangka yang ditahan adalah:
- JH (Jhendik Handoko) selaku Direktur Utama BPR Bank Jepara Artha
- IN (Iwan Nursusetyo) selaku Direktur Bisnis dan Operasional BPR Bank Jepara Artha
- AN (Ahmad Nasir) selaku Kepala Divisi Bisnis, Literasi dan Inklusi Keuangan BPR Bank Jepara Artha
- AS (Ariyanto Sulistiyono) selaku Kepala Bagian Kredit BPR Bank Jepara Artha
- MIA (Mohammad Ibrahim Al’Asyari) selaku Direktur PT Bumi Manfaat Gemilang
Asep menjelaskan bahwa penahanan ini dilakukan setelah KPK menyelesaikan serangkaian proses penyidikan dan ekspose.
“Atas perbuatannya, para tersangka disangkakan telah melanggar Pasal 2 ayat (1) atau Pasal 3 Undang-Undang Republik Indonesia Nomor 31 Tahun 1999 tentang Pemberantasan Tindak Pidana Korupsi sebagaimana telah diubah dengan UU Nomor 20 Tahun 2001, jo. Pasal 55 ayat (1) ke 1 Kitab Undang-Undang Hukum Pidana,” kata Asep.

Kasus ini telah dimulai penyidikannya pada 24 September 2024. Saat itu, KPK telah menetapkan lima tersangka namun belum mengumumkan nama dan jabatannya.
Sejalan dengan proses penyidikan, pada 26 September 2024, KPK telah mengeluarkan surat larangan bepergian ke luar negeri untuk kelima tersangka karena keberadaan mereka dibutuhkan dalam proses penyidikan.(*)
