Beberapa persoalan krusial yang menjadi sorotan publik adalah:

- Penyaluran CSR yang Tidak Tepat Sasaran: Alokasi dana CSR (Corporate Social Responsibility) yang seharusnya digunakan untuk membantu masyarakat di desa-desa penghasil minyak, justru dipakai untuk membeli fasilitas mewah seperti kuda olahraga bagi pejabat, sementara kondisi jalan di desa-desa tersebut banyak yang rusak parah.

Harapan Besar untuk Dirut Baru
Masyarakat Siak berharap besar kepada Dirut baru yang akan ditunjuk oleh Bupati agar segera melakukan langkah-langkah strategis untuk membersihkan berbagai praktik buruk tersebut.
Prioritas utama yang harus segera diselesaikan adalah:
- Perombakan Total Manajemen SDM: Membangun sistem rekrutmen yang profesional, transparan, dan bebas dari nepotisme.
- Pemberantasan “Gaji Buta”: Menghentikan segala bentuk praktik keuangan yang tidak sah dan merugikan perusahaan.
- Optimalisasi Penyaluran CSR: Memastikan dana CSR benar-benar menyentuh dan bermanfaat bagi masyarakat yang membutuhkan, terutama di desa-desa penghasil minyak.
- Penempatan Pejabat Sesuai Kompetensi: Memposisikan individu berdasarkan keahlian dan kapasitas, bukan karena kedekatan atau koneksi pribadi.
