JAKARTA, JURNAL TIPIKOR – Satuan Tugas Penertiban Kawasan Hutan (Satgas PKH) akan segera menagih denda kepada perusahaan yang melakukan penanaman sawit atau membuka tambang secara ilegal di kawasan hutan negara.
Hal ini menyusul disahkannya revisi Peraturan Pemerintah (PP) Nomor 24 Tahun 2021 oleh Presiden RI Prabowo Subianto pada 10 September 2025.
Perubahan pada PP Nomor 24 Tahun 2021 tentang Tata Cara Pengenaan Sanksi Administratif dan Tata Cara Penerimaan Negara Bukan Pajak yang berasal dari denda administratif bidang kehutanan ini akan menjadi landasan hukum bagi Satgas PKH untuk melakukan penagihan.
“Setelah kami menerima salinan perubahan PP ini, fokus kami adalah menghitung dan menagih denda terhadap subjek hukum yang lahan ilegalnya telah kami kuasai kembali,” ujar Ketua Pelaksana Satgas PKH sekaligus Jaksa Agung Muda Bidang Tindak Pidana Khusus (Jampidsus) Kejaksaan Agung, Febrie Adriansyah, dalam konferensi pers di Gedung Kejaksaan Agung, Jumat (12/9/2025).

Satgas PKH, yang dibentuk berdasarkan Peraturan Presiden (Perpres) Nomor 5 Tahun 2025, telah menunjukkan hasil signifikan dalam upaya penertiban. Hingga Agustus 2025, Satgas PKH berhasil menguasai kembali 3.325.133,20 hektare lahan hutan negara yang ditanami sawit ilegal.
Selain itu, Satgas PKH juga memulai penertiban terhadap tambang ilegal yang beroperasi tanpa Izin Pinjam Pakai Kawasan Hutan (IPPKH).
Sejak 1 September 2025, satgas telah mengidentifikasi 4.265.376,32 hektare lahan tambang ilegal dan berhasil menguasai kembali 321,07 hektare.
Dengan adanya revisi PP ini, Satgas PKH kini memiliki dasar yang lebih kuat untuk menindak tegas para pelaku dan mengembalikan kerugian negara akibat perusakan lingkungan. (*)
