JAKARTA, JURNAL TIPIKOR – Komisi Pemberantasan Korupsi (KPK) terus mendalami kasus dugaan suap terkait pembangunan dan pemeliharaan jalur kereta api di lingkungan Direktorat Jenderal Perkeretaapian (DJKA) Kementerian Perhubungan. Hari ini, Kamis (11/9/2025),
KPK memanggil Nurhadi, mantan Kepala Balai Teknik Perkeretaapian (BTP) Kelas I Surabaya, sebagai saksi.
“Pemeriksaan bertempat di Kantor Perwakilan Badan Pengawasan Keuangan dan Pembangunan (BPKP) Provinsi Jawa Tengah atas nama Nurhadi, mantan Kepala BTP Kelas I Surabaya,” ujar Juru Bicara KPK, Budi Prasetyo, di Jakarta.
Selain Nurhadi, KPK juga memanggil empat saksi lainnya untuk penyidikan kasus ini, yaitu:
- NW, Komisaris PT Mataram Inti Konstruksi dan CV Cakra Semesta
- TSW, wiraswasta
- JS, pegawai PT Istana Putra Agung
- DRS, Direktur Utama PT Istana Putra Agung
Kasus ini bermula dari operasi tangkap tangan (OTT) yang dilakukan KPK pada 11 April 2023 di Balai Teknik Perkeretaapian Kelas I Wilayah Jawa Bagian Tengah, yang kini dikenal sebagai BTP Kelas I Semarang.
Dalam perkembangannya, KPK telah menetapkan 15 tersangka, termasuk dua korporasi. Tersangka terbaru, Risna Sutriyanto (RS), seorang aparatur sipil negara (ASN) di Kemenhub, ditetapkan pada 12 Agustus 2025.

Adapun proyek-proyek yang diduga menjadi objek tindak pidana korupsi ini meliputi:
- Pembangunan jalur kereta api ganda Solo Balapan–Kadipiro–Kalioso
- Pembangunan jalur kereta api di Makassar, Sulawesi Selatan
- Empat proyek konstruksi jalur kereta api dan dua proyek supervisi di Lampegan, Cianjur, Jawa Barat
Proyek perbaikan perlintasan sebidang di Jawa dan Sumatera
KPK menduga telah terjadi pengaturan pemenang tender proyek melalui rekayasa, mulai dari proses administrasi hingga penentuan pemenang.
Penyidikan masih terus dilakukan untuk mengungkap seluruh pihak yang terlibat dalam kasus ini.
