BANDUNG, JURNAL TIPIKOR – Kepolisian Resor Kota Besar (Polrestabes) Bandung mengerahkan 2.000 personel gabungan untuk mengamankan pertandingan Persib Bandung melawan Persebaya Surabaya.
Laga ini akan berlangsung di Stadion Gelora Bandung Lautan Api (GBLA) pada Jumat, 12 September.
Kepala Bagian Operasi Polrestabes Bandung, AKBP Asep Saepudin, menyatakan bahwa pihaknya telah berkoordinasi dengan seluruh pihak terkait, termasuk manajemen Persebaya. Berdasarkan kesepakatan, suporter Persebaya, Bonek, dilarang datang ke Bandung.
“Manajemen Persebaya sudah bersepakat bahwa Bonek tidak boleh hadir di Kota Bandung,” ujar AKBP Asep di Bandung, Rabu (10/9).
Penyekatan dan Penindakan Persuasif untuk Suporter Tamu
Untuk mengantisipasi kedatangan Bonek, Polrestabes Bandung akan melakukan penyekatan di beberapa titik, seperti terminal, stasiun, dan jalur masuk kota lainnya. Penyekatan ini akan dimulai sejak satu hari sebelum pertandingan.
“Kami antisipasi juga kendaraan truk atau angkutan yang kerap ditumpangi suporter tanpa tujuan jelas. Jadi mulai besok pengamanan sudah berjalan,” jelasnya.
Jika ada suporter tamu yang tetap datang, Asep menegaskan bahwa petugas akan melakukan pendekatan secara persuasif dan mengembalikannya ke daerah asal. Pihak kepolisian juga tidak akan memperbolehkan Bonek memasuki area GBLA, sesuai dengan larangan dari manajemen Persebaya.
Pengamanan Berlapis dan Kolaborasi dengan Masyarakat
Sistem pengamanan akan dibagi menjadi beberapa lapis, mulai dari ring 4 hingga ring 1 di area stadion. Selain itu, Polrestabes Bandung telah berkoordinasi dengan pemerintah daerah dan berbagai pihak untuk mencegah potensi gesekan antarsuporter.
“Kami sudah sepakat dengan Wali Kota, Kapolrestabes, dan Kapolda Jawa Barat untuk menjaga suasana kondusif,” kata Asep.
Bahkan, ia menambahkan, sudah ada gerakan “warga menjaga warga” di tingkat RT/RW untuk menolak segala bentuk tindakan anarkis.
AKBP Asep Saepudin juga mengajak seluruh masyarakat, khususnya para bobotoh, untuk bersama-sama menjaga ketertiban selama pertandingan.
“Mari kita buktikan Kota Bandung bisa menyelenggarakan pertandingan ini dengan aman, kondusif, dan penuh kebersamaan,” pungkasnya.
