GARUT, JURNAL TIPIKOR – Kepolisian Resor Garut tengah melakukan penyelidikan atas meninggalnya Nandi Juliawan, seorang aktor yang dikenal dengan perannya sebagai Encuy dalam sinetron komedi Preman Pensiun.
Encuy ditemukan meninggal di rumahnya di Kecamatan Karangpawitan, Kabupaten Garut, Jawa Barat.
Kepala Satuan Reserse Kriminal (Kasatreskrim) Polres Garut, AKP Joko Prihatin, menyatakan bahwa hasil olah tempat kejadian perkara (TKP) yang dilakukan oleh tim Inafis menunjukkan adanya indikasi bunuh diri. “Ditemukan tanda-tanda bunuh diri,” ujar AKP Joko di Garut, Minggu (7/9)

Menurut AKP Joko, polisi menerima laporan pada Sabtu (6/9) malam mengenai meninggalnya Encuy. Sejumlah personel langsung diterjunkan ke lokasi untuk melakukan olah TKP dan mengumpulkan keterangan dari para saksi, termasuk anggota keluarga.
Saksi mata mengungkapkan bahwa korban ditemukan dalam kondisi tergantung menggunakan kain sarung. Istri korban adalah orang pertama yang menemukan kejadian ini, setelah ia pulang dari berjualan. Ia kemudian langsung melaporkan peristiwa tersebut.
Berdasarkan pemeriksaan di lokasi, Encuy telah meninggal dunia dengan tanda-tanda gantung diri. Jenazah korban pun langsung dimakamkan pada malam itu juga.

AKP Joko menambahkan bahwa pihak keluarga menolak untuk dilakukan autopsi, sehingga penyebab pasti kematiannya tidak dapat dipastikan lebih lanjut. “Keluarga keberatan untuk autopsi,” pungkasnya.
