JAKARTA, JURNAL TIPIKOR — Komisi Pemberantasan Korupsi (KPK) tengah mendalami status satu unit kendaraan roda empat, Mercedes-Benz 280 SL, yang disita dari mantan Gubernur Jawa Barat, Ridwan Kamil.
Langkah ini diambil untuk menemukan solusi terbaik dalam proses asset recovery atau pemulihan kerugian keuangan negara, menyusul informasi bahwa kendaraan tersebut ternyata belum lunas dibayarkan.
Juru Bicara KPK, Budi Prasetyo, menjelaskan bahwa dari keterangan yang diperoleh penyidik, pembayaran atas aset tersebut belum selesai.
“Agar tidak ada kendala jika dilakukan lelang, saat ini penyidik masih mendalami kedudukan barang bukti tersebut untuk mendapatkan solusi terbaik dalam optimalisasi asset recovery bagi negara,” ujar Budi.
Mobil klasik yang terdaftar atas nama Presiden ke-3 RI, B.J. Habibie, ini disita KPK terkait kasus dugaan korupsi proyek pengadaan iklan di Bank Pembangunan Daerah Jawa Barat dan Banten (BJB) periode 2021-2023.
Budi menambahkan, jika ada pihak terkait, seperti Ilham Akbar Habibie, putra B.J. Habibie, yang ingin memiliki kembali mobil tersebut, mereka harus mengikuti mekanisme lelang yang akan diselenggarakan oleh KPK.
Saat ini, mobil tersebut masih dalam status sitaan KPK dan menunggu putusan majelis hakim. “Jika nanti diputuskan oleh majelis hakim dirampas untuk negara, maka mobil itu selanjutnya dapat dilakukan lelang ataupun mekanisme lainnya sehingga dapat dikonversi menjadi rupiah untuk masuk dalam siklus keuangan negara,” jelas Budi.

Lima Tersangka dalam Kasus Korupsi BJB
Dalam perkara ini, KPK telah menetapkan lima orang tersangka pada 13 Maret 2025. Mereka adalah:
- Direktur Utama Bank BJB, Yuddy Renaldi (YR)
- Pejabat Pembuat Komitmen (PPK) sekaligus Kepala Divisi Sekretaris Perusahaan Bank BJB, Widi Hartoto (WH)
- Pengendali Agensi Antedja Muliatama dan Cakrawala Kreasi Mandiri, Ikin Asikin Dulmanan (IAD)
- Pengendali Agensi BSC Advertising dan Wahana Semesta Bandung Ekspress, Suhendrik (Suh)
- Pengendali Agensi Cipta Karya Sukses Bersama, Sophan Jaya Kusuma (SJK)
Penyidik KPK memperkirakan kerugian negara dalam kasus ini mencapai sekitar Rp222 miliar.
Penggeledahan di rumah Ridwan Kamil pada 10 Maret 2025, yang juga menyita sejumlah kendaraan, merupakan bagian dari penyidikan untuk mengumpulkan alat bukti.
