JAKARTA, JURNAL TIPIKOR – Komisi Pemberantasan Korupsi (KPK) terus mendalami kasus dugaan korupsi dalam investasi fiktif yang melibatkan PT Insight Investments Management (IIM) dengan memanggil sejumlah saksi pada Kamis (31/7).
Salah satu saksi yang dipanggil adalah Komisaris Utama PT Sinarmas Sekuritas, Ferita Lie (FRT).
“Pemeriksaan bertempat di Gedung Merah Putih KPK atas nama FRT, Komisaris Utama PT Sinarmas Sekuritas,” ujar Juru Bicara KPK, Budi Prasetyo, saat dikonfirmasi awak media dari Jakarta, Kamis (31/7).
Selain Ferita Lie, KPK juga memanggil tiga saksi lain untuk kasus yang merupakan pengembangan dari kasus investasi fiktif ini.

Ketiganya adalah Direktur Keuangan PT Pertamina New & Renewable Energy, Nelwin Aldriansyah (NWA); Direktur Utama PT Pacific Sekuritas Indonesia, Edy Soetrisno (EDS); dan Head Settlement PT KB Valbury Sekuritas, ABD.
Penyidikan kasus ini telah berlangsung intensif sepanjang pekan ini. Pada Senin (28/7), KPK telah memanggil karyawan PT IIM berinisial AM alias MUK, RAM, dan DLA sebagai saksi.
Selanjutnya pada Selasa (29/7), pemeriksaan dilanjutkan dengan memanggil Direktur Keuangan dan Akuntansi Sinarmas Sekuritas, Julius Sanjaya, serta karyawan PT IIM berinisial SUB, Head of Institutional PT KB Valbury Sekuritas berinisial SAP, dan Head of Finance and Treasury PT KB Valbury Sekuritas berinisial SS.
Pada Rabu (30/7), KPK juga telah memanggil beberapa mantan pejabat, di antaranya mantan Direktur Perencanaan dan Aktuaria PT Dana Tabungan dan Asuransi Pegawai Negeri atau Taspen (Persero), Raden Feb Sumandar; mantan Direktur Operasional Taspen, Mohammad Jufri; mantan Direktur Muda Sinarmas Sekuritas, Harta Setiawan; dan mantan Direktur Ekuitas Sinarmas Sekuritas, Fendy Sutanto.
Kasus ini bermula dari pengumuman penyidikan KPK pada 8 Maret 2024 terkait dugaan korupsi dalam investasi fiktif dengan penempatan dana sebesar Rp1 triliun.
Dalam perkara ini, KPK telah menetapkan dua orang sebagai tersangka, yaitu mantan Direktur Utama Taspen, Antonius Kosasih, dan Direktur Utama PT IIM tahun 2016-2024, Ekiawan Heri Primaryanto.
Sebagai langkah pengembangan kasus, pada 20 Juni 2025, KPK juga telah menetapkan PT IIM sebagai tersangka korporasi.
Penetapan dan penyidikan baru terhadap korporasi ini dilakukan untuk meminta pertanggungjawaban pidana terhadap PT IIM.
KPK berkomitmen untuk terus mengusut tuntas kasus ini guna mengungkap seluruh fakta dan pihak yang terlibat demi mewujudkan pemberantasan korupsi yang efektif di Indonesia.
