BANDUNG, JURNAL TIPIKOR– Komisi Informasi Provinsi Jawa Barat (KIP Jabar) bersama Pemerintah Provinsi Jawa Barat (Pemprov Jabar) secara resmi meluncurkan Program Electronic Monitoring and Evaluation (E-Monev) Keterbukaan Informasi Publik Tahun 2025.
Peluncuran yang diselenggarakan secara daring melalui Zoom Meeting pada Selasa, 29 Juli 2025, ini diikuti oleh seluruh badan publik dan Pejabat Pengelola Informasi dan Dokumentasi (PPID) se-Jawa Barat.
Acara penting ini dipimpin langsung oleh Ketua Komisi Informasi Provinsi Jawa Barat, Husni Farhani Mubarak, didampingi oleh Sekretaris Daerah Provinsi Jawa Barat, Herman Suryatman.
Dalam sambutannya, Sekda Provinsi Jawa Barat, Herman Suryatman, menegaskan peran krusial informasi publik dalam pembangunan dan pengambilan kebijakan yang tepat.
“Kesejahteraan masyarakat Jawa Barat masih belum optimal. Informasi yang dikelola dengan baik bisa menjadi alat pengambil keputusan yang berdampak nyata,” ujar Herman.

Ia menekankan bahwa keterbukaan informasi publik tidak boleh hanya menjadi rutinitas administratif, melainkan harus berorientasi pada dampak.
Herman Suryatman juga mengungkapkan target Pemprov Jabar untuk menjadikan Jawa Barat sebagai provinsi istimewa yang ditopang oleh tata kelola informasi publik yang kuat pada tahun 2029.
Senada dengan hal tersebut, Ketua KIP Jabar, Husni Farhani Mubarak, menyatakan bahwa keterbukaan informasi adalah bagian integral dari tata kelola yang baik dan harus dibudayakan di lingkungan birokrasi.
“Keterbukaan informasi adalah kewajiban, kepatuhan, dan pada akhirnya menjadi budaya. Kami berharap keterbukaan ini dapat berdampak langsung pada peningkatan kesejahteraan masyarakat,” kata Husni.
Ia menambahkan bahwa tema Monitoring dan Evaluasi (Monev) tahun ini adalah “Keterbukaan Informasi Publik untuk Kesejahteraan Masyarakat Jawa Barat.”

Kepala Bidang Diseminasi Informasi Diskominfo Kota Bandung, Susi Darsiti, menyampaikan apresiasinya terhadap peluncuran E-Monev ini.
“Kami dari Kota Bandung sangat mengapresiasi peluncuran E-Monev 2025 ini. Ini merupakan upaya konkret dalam meningkatkan kualitas pelayanan informasi kepada masyarakat,” ujar Susi.
Ia juga menegaskan kesiapan Diskominfo Kota Bandung bersama Tim PPID Utama untuk mendukung penuh seluruh tahapan proses E-Monev, termasuk pengisian Self-Assessment Questionnaire (SAQ), presentasi uji publik, dan pengembangan inovasi keterbukaan informasi.
“Kami siap berpartisipasi aktif dalam setiap tahapan. Prinsip keterbukaan informasi sudah menjadi komitmen dan bagian dari tata kelola pemerintahan di Kota Bandung,” tambahnya.

Peluncuran E-Monev ini diikuti oleh perwakilan dari seluruh kabupaten/kota se-Jawa Barat. Dari Kota Bandung, turut hadir Kepala Dinas Kominfo, Kepala Bidang Diseminasi Informasi,
Subkoordinator Penguatan KIP, serta Tim PPID Utama. Program E-Monev ini diharapkan dapat semakin mendorong transparansi dan akuntabilitas badan publik di Jawa Barat demi tercapainya tata kelola pemerintahan yang lebih baik dan peningkatan kesejahteraan masyarakat.
