MALANG, JURNAL TIPIKOR – Menteri Imigrasi dan Pemasyarakatan (Imipas) Agus Andrianto hari ini mengumumkan pencabutan paspor milik Riza Chalid, tersangka kasus korupsi minyak mentah, dalam sebuah konferensi pers di Kantor Imigrasi Malang, Jawa Timur.”Paspornya sudah kami cabut,” tegas Menteri Agus Andrianto.
Menteri Agus mengungkapkan bahwa Riza Chalid saat ini terdeteksi berada di Malaysia. Tersangka diketahui telah meninggalkan Indonesia sejak Februari 2025.
“Perlintasannya meninggalkan Indonesia dari bulan Februari dan saat ini termonitor yang bersangkutan di Malaysia,” tambahnya, merujuk pada data perlintasan orang dalam sistem aplikasi Imigrasi RI V4.0.4.

Pemerintah Indonesia, melalui Kementerian Imigrasi dan Pemasyarakatan, terus berupaya keras untuk memulangkan Riza Chalid ke tanah air.
Menteri Agus juga menyatakan pihaknya telah meminta bantuan pemerintah Malaysia dalam proses pemulangan ini. “Kami sedang bekerja sama dengan teman-teman di sana dan mudah-mudahan ada niat baik dari pemerintah Malaysia untuk membantu pengembalian Riza Chalid yang saat ini berada di sana,” harapnya.
Secara terpisah, pada tanggal yang sama, Kejaksaan Agung melalui Kepala Pusat Penerangan Hukum (Kapuspenkum) Agung Anang Supriatna mengonfirmasi bahwa Riza Chalid untuk kedua kalinya mangkir dari panggilan sebagai tersangka.
Oleh karena itu, penyidik pada Jaksa Agung Muda Bidang Tindak Pidana Khusus (Jampidsus) akan menjadwalkan pemanggilan ketiga.
Kejaksaan Agung sebelumnya telah berkoordinasi dengan berbagai pihak untuk melacak keberadaan Riza Chalid, yang diduga kuat berada di Malaysia.
Muhammad Riza Chalid, beneficial owner PT Orbit Terminal Merak, merupakan salah satu dari delapan tersangka baru dalam kasus dugaan korupsi tata kelola minyak mentah dan produk kilang pada PT Pertamina Subholding dan Kontraktor Kontrak Kerja Sama (KKKS) tahun 2018–2023.
Kejaksaan Agung kini fokus memburu keberadaan Riza Chalid lantaran yang bersangkutan tidak berada di Indonesia saat ditetapkan sebagai tersangka.
