JAKARTA, JURNAL TIPIKOR– Komisi Pemberantasan Korupsi (KPK) mengungkapkan bahwa mantan Gubernur Jawa Barat, Ridwan Kamil (RK), diduga menyamarkan kepemilikan sejumlah kendaraan yang disita lembaga antirasuah itu dengan mendaftarkannya atas nama salah satu pegawainya.
Modus ini terungkap dalam penyidikan kasus dugaan korupsi pengadaan iklan di Bank Pembangunan Daerah Jawa Barat dan Banten (BJB) periode 2021–2023.
Pelaksana tugas Deputi Penindakan dan Eksekusi KPK, Asep Guntur Rahayu, pada Jumat (25/7) di Jakarta menjelaskan, “Kalau tidak salah itu ajudannya atau pegawainya gitu ya. Pegawainya. Beberapa itu (kendaraan) diatasnamakan di situ.”
Asep menambahkan bahwa KPK saat ini sedang mendalami temuan tersebut sebelum memanggil Ridwan Kamil untuk dimintai keterangan.
“Kami ditanya, kenapa RK belum diperiksa? Ya, kami sedang mendalami itu (kepemilikan kendaraan Ridwan Kamil),” tegas Asep.

Sebelumnya, pada 10 Maret 2025, KPK telah menggeledah rumah Ridwan Kamil dan menyita sejumlah kendaraan, termasuk sebuah mobil merek Mercedes-Benz, terkait penyidikan kasus ini.
Sejak penggeledahan tersebut, hingga Sabtu (26/7), tercatat sudah 138 hari Ridwan Kamil belum dipanggil sebagai saksi. KPK memastikan bahwa pemeriksaan terhadap Ridwan Kamil akan segera dilakukan.
Dalam kasus ini, penyidik KPK telah menetapkan lima orang tersangka, yaitu:
- Yuddy Renaldi (YR), Direktur Utama Bank BJB pada tahun perkara.
- Widi Hartoto (WH), Pejabat Pembuat Komitmen (PPK) sekaligus Kepala Divisi Sekretaris Perusahaan Bank BJB pada tahun perkara.
- Ikin Asikin Dulmanan (IAD), Pengendali Agensi Antedja Muliatama dan Cakrawala Kreasi Mandiri.
- Suhendrik (SUH), Pengendali Agensi BSC Advertising dan Wahana Semesta Bandung Ekspress.
- Sophan Jaya Kusuma (SJK), Pengendali Agensi Cipta Karya Sukses Bersama.
Penyidik KPK memperkirakan kerugian negara dalam kasus dugaan korupsi di Bank BJB ini mencapai sekitar Rp222 miliar. KPK terus berkomitmen untuk menuntaskan penyidikan dan membawa para pihak yang bertanggung jawab ke ranah hukum.
