Jakarta, JURNAL TIPIKOR– Sekretaris Jenderal Dewan Pimpinan Pusat (DPP) PDI Perjuangan, Hasto Kristiyanto, hari ini dijatuhi vonis pidana penjara selama 3 tahun 6 bulan (3,5 tahun) oleh Majelis Hakim Pengadilan Tindak Pidana Korupsi (Tipikor) Jakarta.
Hasto dinyatakan terbukti secara sah dan meyakinkan bersalah turut serta melakukan tindak pidana korupsi berupa pemberian suap secara bersama-sama dan berlanjut.
Selain pidana penjara, Hakim Ketua Rios Rahmanto juga menjatuhkan pidana denda sebesar Rp250 juta. Apabila denda tersebut tidak dibayarkan, maka akan diganti dengan pidana kurungan selama 3 bulan (subsider).
“Menyatakan terdakwa secara sah dan meyakinkan bersalah turut serta melakukan tindak pidana korupsi berupa pemberian suap secara bersama-sama dan berlanjut,” tegas Hakim Ketua dalam sidang pembacaan putusan yang digelar hari ini.

Majelis Hakim menetapkan bahwa Hasto terbukti menyediakan dana suap sebesar Rp400 juta. Dana ini ditujukan kepada anggota Komisi Pemilihan Umum (KPU) periode 2017–2022, Wahyu Setiawan, dengan tujuan pengurusan pengganti antarwaktu (PAW) calon anggota legislatif.
Meskipun terbukti terlibat dalam pemberian suap, Hakim Ketua menyatakan bahwa Hasto tidak terbukti merintangi penyidikan kasus tersangka Harun Masiku, seperti yang didakwakan sebelumnya dalam perkara tersebut.
Dengan demikian, Hasto dinyatakan melanggar Pasal 5 ayat (1) huruf a Undang-Undang (UU) Nomor 31 Tahun 1999 tentang Pemberantasan Tindak Pidana Korupsi sebagaimana telah diubah dan ditambah dengan UU Nomor 20 Tahun 2001 juncto Pasal 55 ayat (1) ke-1 jo. Pasal 64 ayat (1) KUHP,
