Sukabumi, Jurnaltipikor.com,-Sebuah Penggesekan kayu habis dilahap si jago merah yang berlokasi di Kp. Nangoh RT. 01 RW. 06, Desa Bojonglongok, Kecamatan Parakansalak, Kabupaten Sukabumi, pada Rabu (23/07/2025) sekitar Pukul. 13.00 WIB.
Camat Parakansalak, Rukman Taufik, dalam laporannya menyampaikan, bahwa titik api diduga berasal dari kenalpot mesin diesel penggerak gergaji mesin yang mengalami kebocoran dan mengenai serbuk kayu.
“Penggesekan kayu ini terbakar sekitar Pukul. 13.00 WIB, dugaan sementara adanya kebocoran pada kenalpot mesin diesel,” ungkapnya.

Lanjut Camat, kebakaran tersebut mengakibatkan 1 bangunan penggesekan kayu, 1 buah mesin penggesekan, 1 buah mesin kompresor, 1 buah mesin diesel penggerak serta kayu gelondongan dan palet milik Bapak Ujang Ismat hangus terbakar.
“Alhamdulillah, dalam kejadian kebakaran ini tidak sampai menimbulkan korban jiwa. Adapun kerugian materil,masih dalam kajian,” ucapnya.
Upaya yang telah dilakukan oleh pemerintah setempat yaitu telah dilakukannya Koordinasi dengan FORKOPIMCAM Parakansalak, Koordinasi dengan Pemdes dan juga Ketua RT.
Dalam penanganan kebakaran tersebut melibatkan, Forkopimcam,Damkar Wilayah Parungkuda dan Kalanunggal, Babinkamtibmas, Babinsa, Pol. PP, P2BK, Tagana, Perangkat Desa serta Warga Masyarakat.

Pemerintah setempat pun menghimbau kepada seluruh masyarakat dan juga pengusaha, untuk selalu berhati-hati dalam menjalankan aktifitas dan untuk yang menggunakan peralatan kerja seperti mesin industri agar selalu memastikan terlebih dahulu bahwa kondisi mesin aman dan layak pakai sehingga bisa menghindari timbulnya kecelakaan kerja.
