Acara tersebut dipimpin langsung oleh Kapolda Jabar Irjen Pol Drs. Rudi Setiawan, S.I.K., S.H., M.H., Sertijab ini merupakan bagian dari penyegaran organisasi dan rotasi rutin dalam tubuh Polri untuk meningkatkan kinerja serta pelayanan kepada masyarakat.
Pejabat utama yang melaksanakan sertijab antara lain Kombes Pol Ade Sapari, S.I.K., M.H. dari jabatan Dirreskrimsus Polda Jabar diangkat menjadi Pemeriksa Inafis Kepolisian Madya TK.I Bareskrim Polri.

Adapun Posisi Dirreskrimsus Polda Jabar kini diisi oleh Kombes Pol Dr. Wirdhanto Hadicaksono, S.H., S.I.K., M.Si.
Sementara itu, Kombes Pol dr. Nariyana, M.Kes. dari Kabid Dokkes Polda Jabar dimutasikan menjadi Wakarumkit Bhayangkara TK.I Pusdokkes Polri dan digantikan oleh Kombes Pol drg. Iwansyah, Sp.Ort., yang sebelumnya menjabat Kabiddokkes Polda Banten.
Jabatan Kayanma Polda Jabar yang sebelumnya dipegang AKBP Widodo, A.Md., S.E., M.M. kini dipercayakan kepada pejabat baru karena ia dimutasi ke Dirthatti Polda Jabar.

Kapolres Purwakarta, AKBP Lilik Ardhiansyah, S.H., S.I.K., M.I.R., M.I.P. dimutasi ke Kapolres Brebes Polda Jateng, sementara penggantinya adalah AKBP I Dewa Putu Gede Anom Danujaya, S.H., S.I.K., M.H. yang sebelumnya menjabat Kanit 1 Subdit V Dittipidtter Bareskrim Polri.
Untuk Kapolres Subang, AKBP Ariek Indra Sentanu, S.H., S.I.K., M.H. digantikan oleh AKBP Dony Eko Wicaksono, S.H., S.I.K., M.H., Ph.D., yang sebelumnya menjabat di Subdit IV Dittipidnarkoba Bareskrim Polri.
Di jajaran lainnya, AKBP Ari Setyawan Wibowo, S.H., S.I.K., M.Si. dari Kapolres Indramayu dimutasi menjadi Wakapolresta Bandung, sementara penggantinya adalah AKBP Mochamad Fajar Gemilang, S.I.K., M.H., M.I.K. yang sebelumnya menjabat Kapolres Garut.
Jabatan Kapolres Garut kini diisi oleh AKBP Yugi Bayu Hendarto, S.I.K., M.A.P. dari Satlantas Polres Metro Bekasi Kota.
