JAKARTA, JURNAL TIPIKOR – Kejaksaan Agung (Kejagung) melalui penyidik Jaksa Agung Muda Bidang Tindak Pidana Khusus (Jampidsus) telah melakukan penggeledahan di kantor PT GoTo Gojek Tokopedia Tbk pada Selasa (8/7).
Penggeledahan ini merupakan bagian dari penyidikan kasus dugaan korupsi dalam pengadaan Chromebook di Kementerian Pendidikan, Kebudayaan, Riset, dan Teknologi (Kemendikbudristek) periode 2019–2022.
Kepala Pusat Penerangan Hukum (Kapuspenkum) Kejaksaan Agung, Harli Siregar, dalam keterangannya di Jakarta, Jumat (11/7), membenarkan adanya penggeledahan tersebut.
“Penyidik benar telah melakukan serangkaian upaya penggeledahan di salah satu tempat dan dari sana dilakukan penyitaan terhadap berbagai barang bukti,” ujar Harli.

Barang bukti yang berhasil diamankan meliputi dokumen, surat-surat, dan alat elektronik seperti flashdisk. Saat ini, penyidik tengah melakukan verifikasi dan pendalaman terhadap seluruh barang bukti yang disita.
Harli berharap penyitaan barang bukti ini dapat membuat terang tindak pidana yang sedang disidik.
Kasus ini berpusat pada dugaan adanya pemufakatan jahat oleh berbagai pihak yang mengarahkan tim teknis Kemendikbudristek untuk membuat kajian teknis pengadaan bantuan peralatan pendidikan teknologi pada tahun 2020.
Tujuannya adalah untuk mengarahkan penggunaan laptop berbasis sistem operasi Chrome, padahal Chromebook bukanlah suatu kebutuhan mendesak.
Harli menjelaskan bahwa pada tahun 2019, Pustekom Kemendikbudristek telah melakukan uji coba penggunaan 1.000 unit Chromebook, namun hasilnya dinilai tidak efektif.
Berdasarkan pengalaman tersebut, tim teknis merekomendasikan penggunaan spesifikasi dengan sistem operasi Windows. Namun, kajian tersebut kemudian diganti dengan kajian baru yang merekomendasikan penggunaan sistem operasi Chrome.
Pengadaan Chromebook ini melibatkan anggaran fantastis, mencapai Rp9,982 triliun. Dana tersebut terdiri dari Rp3,582 triliun dari Dana Satuan Pendidikan (DSP) dan sekitar Rp6,399 triliun dari Dana Alokasi Khusus (DAK).
Kejaksaan Agung akan terus mendalami kasus ini untuk mengungkap pihak-pihak yang terlibat dan memastikan penegakan hukum berjalan dengan adil.
