Sukabumi,jurnaltipikor.com,-Pemerintah Kabupaten Sukabumi menggelar audiensi bersama Kantor Pengawasan dan Pelayanan Bea dan Cukai (KPPBC) Tipe Madya Pabean A Bogor yang bertempat di Pendopo Palabuhanratu, pada Rabu (02/07/2025).
Pertemuan ini membahas terkait strategi peningkatan pengawasan terhadap peredaran Barang Kena Cukai (BKC) ilegal dan optimalisasi penerimaan pajak untuk mendukung pembangunan daerah.
Sekretaris Daerah (Sekda) Kabupaten Sukabumi, H. Ade Suryaman, menyampaikan bahwa potensi di Kabupaten Sukabumi sangat besar, terutama di sektor pertanian. Namun, belum semua potensi tersebut dapat dikenakan pajak.

“Sektor pertanian kita sangat tinggi, tapi belum bisa dipajaki,” ujarnya.
Sekda pun menyampaikan apresiasi kepada Bea Cukai dan Satpol PP Kabupaten Sukabumi yang terus melakukan penindakan terhadap peredaran rokok ilegal. Ia berharap, sinergi dengan berbagai pihak seperti KPP Pratama Sukabumi dan Kantor Pelayanan Perbendaharaan Negara (KPPN) terus berjalan untuk mendukung peningkatan ekonomi daerah.
“Kami mengucapkan terima kasih atas dukungan Bea Cukai. Berdasarkan data, ada lebih dari 700 pelanggaran yang berhasil ditindak, baik di bidang kesehatan maupun sektor lainnya,” ucapnya.
Sementara itu, Kepala KPPBC Bogor, Budi Harjayo, menegaskan bahwa kolaborasi antara pemerintah daerah dan Bea Cukai sangat penting dalam menghadapi tantangan global saat ini.
“Pertemuan ini diharapkan mampu menciptakan iklim usaha yang kondusif, memperkuat pengawasan BKC ilegal serta mendorong pertumbuhan ekonomi daerah yang berkelanjutan,” ungkapnya.
Budi juga menyoroti pentingnya cukai sebagai sumber penerimaan negara. Dari cukai tersebut, sekitar 10 persen dialokasikan kembali ke daerah dalam bentuk Dana Bagi Hasil Cukai Hasil Tembakau (DBHCHT).
“Selain rokok ilegal, Bea Cukai juga berperan dalam pengawasan perusahaan-perusahaan produksi ekspor dan industri tekstil yang berkontribusi signifikan terhadap negara,” Jelasnya.
Dari sisi pajak, Kepala Kantor Pelayanan Pajak Pratama Sukabumi, Hendi Kurniadi, menyampaikan bahwa Kabupaten Sukabumi menjadi salah satu daerah penyumbang cukai terbesar di wilayahnya. Namun, tantangan masih besar, terutama karena banyak perusahaan yang beroperasi di Sukabumi tetapi membayar pajak di daerah asal pemiliknya.
“Kami berharap, kedepan para pengusaha bisa menjadikan kantor pusatnya berada di Sukabumi agar kontribusi pajaknya lebih besar bagi daerah,” ujar Hendi.

Hendi pun menambahkan, pentingnya memperkuat iklim investasi di Sukabumi dan mengatasi tantangan terkait realisasi investasi yang masih rendah.
“Potensi investasi kita besar, tapi banyak yang belum terealisasi. Kami harap ke depan, investor tidak hanya membangun pabrik di Sukabumi tapi juga memindahkan kantor pusatnya ke sini,” tandasnya.
Di sela-sela kesempatan tersebut, dilaksanakan pemberian penghargaan kinerja dan peran serta penggunaan Dana Bagi Hasil Cukai Hasil Tembakau (DBHCHT) tahun 2024 oleh KPPBC Tipe Madya Pabean A Bogor kepada Pemkab Sukabumi.
