Bandung, JURNAL TIPIKOR – Berdasarkan Surat penetapan tersangka Kepala Kejaksaan Tinggi JawaBarat, Nomor: TAP-37/M.2/Fd.2/05/2025. Timpenyidik Tipikor Kejati Jabar melakukan Penahanan terhadap YI (mantan Sekda Kota Bandung Periode tahun 2013 s/d Tahun 2018).
Seperti diketahui sebelumnya tim penyidik telah menahan 2 orang tersangka yakni S dan RBB. Setelah dilakukan pemeriksaan selama kurang lebih 8 (delapan) jam,tersangka Yl dilakukan penahanan di rutan di Rutan kebon Waru selama 20 (dua puluh) hari sejak tanggal 23 Mei 2025 sampai dengan 11 Juni 2025.
Tersangka YI diduga melakukan Tindak Pidana korupsi menguasai tanah negara secara melawan hukum berupa aset Pemerintah Kota Bandung yang digunakan untuk Kebun Binatang Bandung oleh pengurus Yayasan Margasatwa Tamansari sehingga merugikan keuangan negara.
Atas perbuatannya tersangka disangka Melanggar satu Primair : Pasal 2 ayat (1) jo. Pasal 18 ayat (1)huruf b Undang-Undang Nomor 31 Tahun 1999Tentang Pemberantasan Tindak Pidana Korupsi sebagaimana telah ditambah dan diubah Dengan undang-undang Nomor 20 tahun 2001 Tentang perubahan Atas Undang-Undang Nomor 31 Tahun1999 Tentang Pemberantasan Tindak Pidana Korupsi jo Pasal 55 ayat (1) ke-1 KUHP.
Subsidiair : Pasal 3 jo. Pasal 18 ayat (1) huruf b Undang-Undang Nomor 31 Tahun 1999 Tentang pemberantasan Tindak Pidana
Korupsi sebagaimana telah ditambah dan diubah dengan Undang-Undang Nomor 20 tahun 2001Tentang Perubahan Atas Undang-Undang Nomor 31Tahun 1999 Tentang Pemberantasan Tindak Pidana..Korupsi jo Pasal 55 ayat (1) ke-1 KUHP.
