Bandung, JURNAL TIPIKOR – Ketua Komisi I DPRD Kota Bandung, Assoc. Prof. Dr. H. Radea Respati Paramudhita, S.H., M.H., meninjau SMPN 35 Bandung berkaitan dengan laporan dugaan keracunan Makan Bergizi Gratis (MBG), Kamis, 1 Mei 2025.
Berdasarkan informasi, Radea mengatakan, dugaan keracunan makanan menu program MBG terhadap siswa SMPN 35 Bandung ini berjumlah signifikan. Awalnya muncul keluhan dari warga yang anaknya mengalami diare, mual-mual, dan sakit.
“Setelah bertemu Kepala SMPN 35 Bandung, Ibu Dewi, beliau sangat responsif, sangat bisa menjelaskan dari awal sampai akhir. Bahwa betul adanya dugaan keracunan makanan, namun semua tetap dilakukan penanggulangan cepat oleh pihak terkait termasuk Dinas Kesehatan, puskesmas, termasuk guru-guru bekerja sama supaya betul-betul bisa mendata dan mewawancara dan akhirnya bisa ditarik kesimpulan,” ujarnya.

Dalam proses penanggulangan ini, Radea mengapresiasi pihak sekolah yang telah responsif menanggulangi dugaan keracunan ini.
“Sebagai Anggota DPRD, saya ingin memastikan bahwa pasti ada kejanggalan dalam melakukan pelayanan Makan Bergizi Gratis, sehingga harus betul-betul dikoreksi, jangan sampai kembali terjadi karena ini menyangkut generasi muda kita,” katanya.
Radea menekankan langkah evaluasi untuk mengcegah peristiwa ini terulang di kemudian hari.
“Hari ini muncul gejala keracunan mual dan diare. Tetapi tidak menutup kemungkinan bila tidak ada koreksi yang baik nanti bisa muncul risiko-risiko yang lebih buruk lagi. Maka ini harus kita jaga betul-betul,” ujarnya.

Ia juga menyampaikan kepada pihak sekolah untuk memastikan apabila ada hal-hal yang kurang, hal-hal yang dibutuhkan, maka DPRD bisa mendorong Pemkot Bandung dalam penanggulangan ini.
“Seperti misalnya mendorong adanya distribusi obat-obatan, oralit, dan lain sebagainya, sehingga nanti hari besok anak-anak bisa bersekolah kembali. Untuk orang tua, ini hal yang tidak diinginkan oleh pihak sekolah dan pemerintah, sehingga harus ada kesabaran dan bersama-sama untuk menuntaskan masalah ini,” tutur Radea.
