Sukabumi, jurnaltipikor.com – Dewan Perwakilan Rakyat Daerah (DPRD) Kabupaten Sukabumi gelar Rapat Paripurna agenda Penyampaian Nota Pengantar Raperda tentang Perubahan Perda Nomor 15 Tahun 2023 tentang Pajak dan Retribusi Daerah yang berlangsung di Ruang Rapat DPRD Kabupaten Sukabumi, Kamis (10/4/2025).
Rapat paripurna DPRD tersebut dihadiri Wakil Bupati Sukabumi H. Andreas, S.E.,unsur Forkopimda, Forkopimcam serta undangan lainnya.
Dalam kesempatan itu Wakil Bupati Sukabumi, H. Andreas yang hadir mewakili Bupati Sukabumi membacakan nota pengantar yang menjelaskan bahwa penyusunan peraturan daerah sebagai dasar dan pedoman bagi pemerintah daerah dalam melaksanakan pemungutan, pengurangan, keringanan, pembebasan, penghapusan atau penundaan serta pengendalian dan pengawasan terhadap pajak daerah dan retribusi daerah.
“Tujuan dari peraturan daerah ini yaitu untuk mendorong peningkatan pendapatan asli daerah, kemudahan berusaha, iklim inventasi yang kondusif, daya saing daerah, penciptaan lapangan kerja dan pelayanan kepada masyarakat,”ucapnya.

Lanjutnya,Peraturan daerah nomor 15 tahun 2023 tentang pajak daerah dan retribusi daerah telah mendapatkan masukan dan evaluasi dari Gubernur Jawa Barat, termasuk Menteri Dalam Negeri dan Menteri Keuangan sebagaimana diatur dalam pasal 98 ayat 3 dan pasal 125 peraturan pemerintah nomor 35 tahun 2023 tentang ketentuan umum pajak daerah dan retribusi daerah.
“Menindaklanjuti hasil evaluasi sebagaimana dimaksud, kami menyusun rancangan peraturan daerah tentang perubahan atas peraturan daerah nomor 15 tahun 2023 tentang pajak daerah dan retribusi daerah,”jelasnya.
H. Andreas pun menegaskan, disadari bahwa penyusunan rancangan peraturan daerah tentang perubahan atas Perda nomor 15 tahun 2023 belum sepenuhnya optimal. Karen itu memerlukan sumbang saran, pandangan, koreksi dan penyempurnaannya dalam setiap pembahasan dengan DPRD.
“Kami berharap, kepada anggota dewan yang terhormat agar bersedia untuk menerima dan mengadakan pembahasan lebih lanjut terhadap rancangan peraturan daerah yang disampaikan ini,”pungkasnya.
